I was able to purchase the ticket and then download it to my phone within 5 minutes.
I tried purchasing on my laptop and it allowed me to select individual seats but as soon as I went to purchase my tickets it " timed out on me" after 5 minutes and told me to start again. This happened 5 times. I finally tried purchasing on my phone but it wouldn't let me select individual seats just a section. A little confusing and frustrating.
Ticket purchase was quick and easy and site also made it easy to decide on seats based on location and price.
Never used the service before and just seemed a bit sketchy. Yet ticket came via email right away. Then getting to the garage... that had me worried since they also had a public parking sign out trying to fill the garage. Granted I got there later than I wanted due to summer beach traffic on a Sunday evening. But to my surprise, after floors of packed cars, there were still spots. I was prepared to start screaming at someone for stealing my money, yet... I was ready to high-five when I found plenty of spots. I will use a service like this again because I was able to park within walking distance to the venue - as promised. Thats piece of mind.

You charge a delivery fee and don't deliver anything. And we can no longer choose a seat. Sucks
Problem with credit card wouldn't go through but it didn't say that was the problem. I called the cc company and they had blocked the sale, it wasn't the way the information was entered. It finally got resolved but I just used a different card instead.
Not as reassuring as I would like. I don't like so much money leaving my bank and having nothing to show for it.

I haven't receive my tickets yet. :( I was hoping after I pay online I would receive or get a digital tickets but didn't receive any updates it say wait to send the tickets.
