Paid double the price! Thought I was on the Ticket Master site. Then saw advertisement for Jay Leno show for half the price for same seats and others. Seemed like that was Ticket Master, too. Very confused and annoyed. Feel like I got taken as a senior citizen who doesn't normally buy these type tickets online.
Tickets cost me $350 more on this site than ticketmaster. I didn't want to miss out, so I bit it!

Tickets purchased for premium seats. 1 hour and 20 mins before event we are contacted that these tickets are no longer available (I personally believe they never were) Offered obstructed view tickets in place of premium tickets and only offered $100 off. I declined. But somehow a conversation with my husband- who was not authorized decision making or to make financial decisions on my card or on my behalf… was thrown in our face and all of a sudden we were obligated to the lesser value tickets. I paid about $300 more than I should have. This company is nothing but a scam. They dangle a carrot of good seats and then scam you. They have TERRIBLE customer service so good luck trying to get a manager on the phone. Typical bait and switch operation.
The getting of tickets is quick and simple. My only dislike is not being able to choose the seats ahead of time
