Great website. Easy to navigate. I enjoyed being able to view the venue and all the seating by locations without having to guess where seats would be located.

I had never heard of TicketsOnSale but the Ticketmaster fees are awful. So far it has worked out well. As long as the tickets come through next month then I will be very happy.
My initial ticket purchase was stuck where I could not accept them. Called and was very pleased I was on hold for less than 5 minutes. The help was very friendly and after a few tries, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
There was a delay in receiving the tickets and an error occurred several times. After a couple of days I was able to accept the tickets. Hopefully they will work the day of the show.
