I clicked on the purchase tickets and it looked like the Blue Note site. I did not realize that I was on a secondary sales site and ended up paying double the price. I tried to cancel but the automated customer response would not allow me to cancel. Feeling deceived
I'm not comfortable paying for something that is only promised.
More so when the promised date is 1 day before the concert.
Quick and easy check out. I just hope everything goes through for the tickets. When it said I would received my tickets 2 days before event, I kind of thought something was up. I should have read reviews before hand.

It's a great place to purchase the tickets. It's quick and convenient. The tickets price is expensive but once in a lifetime worth it.
First time user. No issues with the service. Would have to wait and see if there are any once we arrive at the event.
I tried to cancel the transaction seconds after putting it through by mistake and was told it was impossible. Now I'm stuck with tickets that cost DOUBLE face value that I can't afford or even use.

I am 89 years old and have bought Shaw tickets and Stratford tickets on line for at least 10 years. I was not familiar with buying tickets in the advanced computer age. All of the confirmation notices, etc I received I have saved for my granddaughter to look over and then put the tickets on her phone. She will do this on Thursday Dec. 12

Ty for being here I just had a question about my parking ticket that I thought I purchased extra. I was on hold for a long time I think called that well. I just went ahead and ordered. Purchased another ticket just in case I run into any kind of travel date of the concert other than that, I guess the experience OK.
This is not a bad review, per se, I just wasn't paying close enough attention, and I was "had"/misled. I typed in what I thought was Ticketmaster's website. I somehow ended up on this website, perhaps I was rerouted, or I was just not paying close enough attention. Either way, I bought tickets that were about $70 higher than Ticketmaster's price. So I thought that was fine, I was willing to pay that. The tickets were listed at $180 each on this site, which should have been roughly $360 total. However, I was charged astronomical fees, and my total came to $499. I have not yet received the tickets, and they're saying it might be as close as two days before the show before I receive them. If everything goes well, and I get legitimate tickets, then I will say that this site is legitimate, and use them if you can't find tickets elsewhere and are willing to pay huge service fees….But if you can get tickets through Ticketmaster at face value, pay attention and do that.
