We appreciated the convenient way to purchase the tickets, however, the fees were exorbitant. My tickets were $36 each, so for two tickets we should've been charged $72 plus a small fee. We were charged $111. Unacceptable. I would like to see a breakdown of the charges.

The tickets were easy to purchase however you are asked to have a tremendous amount of faith in the company as the tickets don't actually come to you once you check out. Only a confirmation email and you have to wait until a couple days before the show for them to somehow get delivered to you? This is not clear from the onset.

Easy experience to work with and receive tickets for the Penn State game
The digital tickets should have a clickable button on the ticket website in order to activate transfer of the ticket to a 3rd party as well as a button to move the digital ticket to my iphone wallet on my mobile device.
Handling fee was a way too much; more than a 1/3 of ticket cost; No cost breakdown was shown. Received ticket too late to make theater arrangements. Missed the show. Will never use this site again.

To be honest when I clicked on the GAC it said 53 but then when I was checking out, they went up to 102. My friend bought tickets the very next day and he only pays 64 and when I got on the site and clicked on GA it says 64 so I'd really like to know why I was charged 102?
