Ordering the tickets was easy, but I wouldn't recommend parking at this parking deck. I passed several parking decks that weren't far from stadium that were $20 cheaper. The most disappointing thing about this parking deck was it took over an hour to get out, I already had a 3 hour drive to get home.
I won't be purchasing through this venue again. Customers are forced to confirm they have received tickets and brings you to a survey that I have no interest in completing. However I keep receiving emails asking me to confirm I have received my order and again brings me to this survey. Hence the loop. No thank you. Never again

Hiding the total cost in the small print. I was actually just shopping prices which yours was higher didn't realize I had hit to purchase because other sides give you the final price at the checkout, but you hid it in the small print.
I called the event and they did not have my tickets listed under my name. They were listed under another individual?
Not enough information. Was told I won't get my tickets until the day before the show. I'm not very comfortable with that.
Freakishly frustrating ordering process but the live agent CSR was exceptionally helpful, courteous and actually fun. Overall it worked, or so it seems. I'll know more the night of the show.
