Awful. Website misleading advertising Disney on Ice "London Ontario " tickets. Purchased assuming Canadian $ and when finalized price came up U.S dollars. Canadian price is $170 for 4 tickets. My price U.S $397. I went on char line within 5 minutes and they refused to cancel my charge which hadn't even gone through yet. I'm paying more than double for my tickets. Called the toll free number and they refused to do anything either. Still upset

It was not transparent that this os a ticket reseller. Nor obvious how much the fees are (the clock ticks down and it takes all that time just to get your billing info in so you dont see all the hidden fees). Also still don't know what my seats are (just a row number) and am told tickets wont be delivered till the day of the concert (which also wasn't communicated during the purchase process). So now i don't even know if i will get tickets at all, which makes what was supposed to be a fun gift for a fun night out a but stressor instead of something i can even look forward to. And i am sure this review wont even get posted.

Company won't release my tickets to me even though they have already been paid for. All email correspondence has been Answered with ai and does not answer actual questions. Shady terrible company.
The value of the ticket was $57.00 - I paid two hundred dollars - while I got my tickets - that was an outrageous secondary market price, I won't use the site again

I would rather receive electronic tix immediately. Now i have to worry about picking them up? I don't appreciate getting an email that asks me if i received a confirmation. Why don't you know that. Why should i spend my time checking emails. This is the 2nd time i have used this platform. I will actively look to NOT use it for future purchases.
