To can't fund for any issue. I bought tickets for an event at a venue. The next day a new venue opened up that was closer to my home and I want to get tickets there instead. However you can not refund tickets to matter what.
As usual. I had a great experience using your site and I was able to get the seats that was available to me, everything went smoothly. I will definitely keep using this site to order tickets. Now I am just waiting for the event, I also received confirmation and everything!
My purchase experience was what you'd expect from an online process, impersonal, quick, and efficient. I wish I could have chosen specific seats at the theater, but the system would only allow me to select a section. The reason I entitle this as not yet tested is because I used a system like this about a year ago, and when I needed to return the tickets due to an unexpected family priority, I was unable too, therefore, once I try to return something and it works as smoothly as the purchase, I'll be able to give you a 10. For now, I'm happy to give you an 8!
No tickets yet waiting to get them and it's the day of. Why electronic can't transfer sooner I do t understand
It was the normal online buying experience. The fee that was put on for the electric transfer was so expensive per usual.
I accidentally chose the wrong performance. I immediately (with in minutes) tried to cancel. I was directed to a AI online custer service who basically said they can't help me. I am stuck with two tickets totaling 567.00 that i have no use for. I am disappointed and disgusted that there is nothing i can do.

I would grade the process to get tickets and an A. The process was very easy and could get everything done in the window for entering the information. Completed the task and was acknowledged of the outcome immediately.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
