It was only after I purchased tickets that I realized that the small print indicated that this was a resale site. The small print is easy to miss if you have poor vision and are not experienced with resales at much higher prices. I think that the small print is that size so that people will not read it and believe that the price offered is reasonable. In reality, this is simply an opportunity to profit over another person's inexperience. I am out $200 dollars that I needn't have paid. Not a happy customer.

I was able to purchase the ticket and then download it to my phone within 5 minutes.
I tried purchasing on my laptop and it allowed me to select individual seats but as soon as I went to purchase my tickets it " timed out on me" after 5 minutes and told me to start again. This happened 5 times. I finally tried purchasing on my phone but it wouldn't let me select individual seats just a section. A little confusing and frustrating.
Ticket purchase was quick and easy and site also made it easy to decide on seats based on location and price.
