Ordered tickets and immediately saw date date was not date we wanted and immediately called to see if could be cancelled and reordered with right date. Told that would have to reorder new tickets and sell the other tickets myself. Would also lose the $88 insurance fee paid. Not exactly what I would call serving the customer. Buy tickets on line with high cost paid and the computer rules.

Was efficient in what I was looking for and also they send the emails pretty fast and they were clearly labeled that they were about the tickets.
Just not a great way to buy tickets! Stick with Ticketmaster and get show tickets upon purchasing. I have to wait until March 23rd to possibly receive my tickets for a March 28th show from whoever is holding these tickets. No communication available from site and prices and add on costs exorbitant!
Definitely look twice and pay attention to the fine print when using this site. You won't be able to cancel your order, and they do NOT issue refunds. Definitely overpaid for the event I wanted to see, but glad my tickets were sent to me fairly soon rather than other horror stories I've heard where people are waiting until the 11th hour for tickets.
