This ticket site was definitely more helpful than other ticket sites I visited.

I tried ordering tickets, and thought it seems like a pretty streamlined process. However, after purchasing tickets, you get a lot of emails asking you to confirm purchase, and then you get more emails stating tickets are cheaper and do you want to order tickets.
The only thing I don't like is not getting the tickets at time of purchase
I received a confirmation email stating I would receive my tickets by 12/19/2024. I text with a live agent who stated I will receive them by 11:59. Where are they? I was bamboozled. What a joke. Don't use this website. So much for doing something nice with my daughter for Christmas.

It is still very concerning to me that I will not receive my 2 tickets until Feb for a show the next week after already paying over $600.00. It seems that I should not have to pay until I receive my tickets. In the era of so many scam out there this makes me very suspicious.
While I did get my confirmation email, I am nervous bc I have never gone through this company and have no idea how I will get my tickets delivered to me, they keep saying download the app but there is no app for this company. Hoping to get them sent directly to my email!
