Finding tickets on site map was easy, but would have liked to seat numbers to purchase from rather than one of 8 available. Purchase process with confirmation number seemed much more contorted and lengthy than necessary. No bar code was visible on ticket so I wondered if I had a ticket that would get me into the venue (it did).
I just hate the fact that I have to pick up the tickets instead of getting an email with my tickets.
