I was rushed by the order form to complete my order. I didn't read the fine print and was shocked by the $127.08 service fee.
I received good communication that I made a purchase, but details about how or when I should expect to receive my tickets are vague at best. It says I should expect to receive the tickets by...the day before the event. Had I known this I would not have purchased using this site.
