Even though I do have good seats, I thought the ticket prices were high. Unfortunately, I found similar seats that were much cheaper on another site.
You guys charged me more than double of what the original tickets were posted at plus extra fees to my credit card.
Not impressed at all.

I was shopping for event tickets and stumbled upon this site. $324 tickets were over $850. Their website crashed while I was I. Shopping process and charged my card. I immediately called them to cancel the charge due to it being wrong and they have zero refund policy. However, the representative repeatedly tried to get me to "re-sell" the tickets on their site and stated I would make a profit. I never wanted them to begin with. I wish I could give zero stars. I have since filed a complaint with BBB. Hopeful for resolution and refund from these scammers.

Easy to see and order, would definitely recommend this and I would definitely do this again it's an amazing experience and amazing project with easy access to tickets and seats
Purchased my tickets however I'm a little nervous about not getting tickets emailed to me until the day before the event though...
It charged me way more than what it should have charged me and it didn't tell me anything until after I was charged and once I contacted support they pulled up the break down and the service fee was insane and delivery for an email is ridiculous

I ordered two tickets for $71 apiece. The total charged came to $232. Way more than than advertised on the site. Very misleading. I would not recommend that anyone go this route to buy tickets unless they want to pay a lot more money.

Could not figure out how to access second ticket to add to wallet. Just took a picture of code for entry.
The site is easy to navigate. I like the promptness of receiving confirmation and the follow up I received a week later ensuring I got the tickets. Of course, the ticket fees seem a bit high. Wish I could have gotten them directly from the venue.
