Ticketsonsale fooled my wife into thinking they were the actual venue, the Kansas City Symphony, which was deceitful to say the least and that's just the start. The price we paid for the tickets is more than double what they actually cost. Once my wife completed the transaction with MY credit card I contacted Ticketsonsale to get my money back. Ticketsonsale told me no, they didn't care if they deceived us and FU. And this iswhere it really gets bad - they tell me they will not provide the tickets to us for the Kansas City Symphony, until just the day before the actual event. I have been to the Kansas City Symphony 50 times and I've always been provided the tickets immediately upon paying for them - we didn't get them yet. So, so not only did the company rip us off. They lied to us more than doubled the price of the tickets so and their customer service is about the worst I've experienced. We will wait to see if we ever actually receive the tickets and if we don't I am filing a law suit against them. My advice - stay away from Ticketsonsale.com

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
