I bought tickets to a show 3 months from now. They have my money, but I have to wait until a few days before the show before tickets are emailed to me. Why is that? Just send me the tickets now. Is there a legitimate reason not to send me what I paid for when I pay for it?

Although purchasing the tickets is easy, having to follow multiple emails and links just to confirm and then access my tickets (but I can't access them until 24 hrs before the event?) is not user-friendly. If I had a choice of ticketing service to use, this likely wouldn't be my first option. Simple steps, but not having immediate access the the expensive ticket I purchased is not great.
