Kind of a chess game to get ticket right when I paid for them I get a confirmation email saying yes you purchased the tickets but you don't receive the tickets for another 2 weeks. Hope I didn't get scammed

I tried to cancel my order 2 hours after the purchase when I realized the cost was not in Canadian dollars. I was not successful in canceling even though I called on the same day, March 8,2026. I was told the sale was final.

I was not told the total of the purchase until I purchased the tickets. It showed the price of one ticket ($160) until I purchased the tickets. I tried to cancel immediately but was not allowed. Then I see that the original price was $22. I tried twice to get my money back. I will not use this service again.

I received the confirmation email the time of purchase but no tickets or indication of when I will get them. Next, I get an email asking you if I received a confirmation email, but there's no reference to the specific event. I have no idea when I will get my tickets.
The true measure of worthiness will be after admission into the venue tonight, I can say that overall my experience was good. I was deceived into purchasing tickets through this alternate site from a third party when I launched Ticketmaster from the venue's site. It wasn't made clear until after purchasing that I'd have to wait for the seller to release my ticket. The site was easy to use and it processed my information quickly, I received confirmation and a ticket in my email within 24 hours. I would not intentionally use this platform because I believe the cost of the ticket was about double the face value. The concert wasn't sold out and it's general admission seating. I have not yet verified the actual cost versus what I paid because I do not wish to sully my experience.
It was not obvious until after the sale was completed that my purchase for an event in Calgary was charged in USD. This would have been a deciding factor not forgo this purchase, but there was no option available to cancel my order.
I'm worried about not receiving my tickets. Being promised my tickets at a later date is not satisfactory. TicketMaster at least presents the qr code ticket immediately after purchase.

Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
