Getting the tickets was a fast and most simple process I could have ask for.
Comfortable using the site. No issues following instructions.
It was easy to pick and book a section and row. But called back to request seat numbers in section and row, but was refused to give us a seat assignment or choice to do so.
This was super easy to just simply buy and go, i would highly recommend it.
We were buying the tickets as a gift but her schedule changed and she can't attend and we asked could we cancel but was told no and I see there is a cancellation policy.

When bought ticket, it indicated does not include fees in amount. Never was I shown cost amount of additional fees prior to purchase. I spoke with someone and advised that could not cancel and get refund and suggested I did not read fine print on added fees. Will never use again!
