A $27 service charge for each ticket is ridiculous. Why does a service charge not apply to the entire 2 ticket order? It's unreasonable and a poor business practice, especially because this is not indicated until checkout. It's a hidden fee and is a significant charge in addition to the ticket prices themselves.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
