Easy process start to finish. I just wish the tickets weren't so expensive. Also, I wish there weren't so many fees. Going to concerts is becoming prohibitively expensive. So, what's the point?!
At first I was nervous my tickets were possibly not together and going to arrive a day prior to event. Luckily I received my tickets same day as the order and all together.
A $27 service charge for each ticket is ridiculous. Why does a service charge not apply to the entire 2 ticket order? It's unreasonable and a poor business practice, especially because this is not indicated until checkout. It's a hidden fee and is a significant charge in addition to the ticket prices themselves.
