First time buying tickets. Pretty easy so far. Getting emails as updates come in.
I used the website to book a hotel but found somewhere cheaper, when I went to cancel with Expedia they told me it was not their company that I booked with! It was a company from Europe. The confirmation number I had from the email I was sent was not valid. If it wasn't for Expedia I wouldn't have been able to cancel that other reservation.
