After paying a ton of money for concert tickets, it says I will not receive them until the day before the concert. I have to drive 10 hours to the city before I actually have the tickets in hand? I'm not happy about this process.
Well-I have a confirmation that I have tickets but I don't have them yet so I am not sure what I am commenting on…?….that's why I only gave three stars. If I actually had tickets I'd probably give more.

Everything was fine until I had to try and confirm my ticket with my email address. I do everything on my phone and when you send me the code, I could not get back in to the spot to confirm my email I had to use two separate devices.
Excellent service and prompt delivery. I placed my order and my tickets were released to me within 24 hours. Customer service sent several emails to make sure I received my tickets and I was satisfied with my purchasing experience.
This system is terribly overcommplicated. A little common sense would go much further much faster. A simple phone call would be far better.
