I somehow purchased my tickets on this site instead of the actual venue site and when I realized it later, I started doing research and came across all these reviews saying this site is not reputable and I might now receive my tickets. Then I got really scared cause I spent a lot of money on them and also my friend's money too. I think it's all resolved now since I did contact the live chat on TicketsonSale and was able to ask some questions and get straight answers.
It was very easy and timely purchasing tickets to this show. The follow-up email came quickly after making the purchase and I greatly appreciated the immediate response to my purchase. Thank you I look forward to the show on April 11.
It's confusing as I still didn't know exactly where to park to i got there. There was no signage telling me where to scan the ticket or how to check in/out.
