The purchase was easy and I got the tickets the day after I purchase, however I paid about $100 more than the tickets were originally. They didn't it give me a receipt of what the extra cost were example, the fees. Wasn't sure how much the fees were to transfer the tickets I bought. Maybe you should notify people before hand.
I purchased two tickets but the only info about the location was the row and the location was shown as Left Centre. No seat numbers in the row. I did receive the seat numbers until after the purchase. Thankfully they were together. Also Left Centre was in the Balcony! That was never shown until after the purchase as well. Very poor seats that I would not have purchased if I had been given the full info.
Will use this service again, every time. Got my tickets I ordered a day earlier.

After I purchased the tickets my wife informed me we had a baby shower scheduled for our daughter the same weekend so the next morning 13 hours after I purchased the tickets I called and explained the situation and the uncaring person I spoke with said absolutely no yo my refund request, I asked for a supervisor and she said she was one and I could not get a refund. This is the first and last time I will ever use this company and I will definitely spread the word.
It's rare to find a company that makes sure you've been confirmed for your tickets. More ticket agencies need to apply this.

The tickets were easy to find
For a newbie to ticket purchasing Ticketonsale's checkout process and selection was a fairly easy process. I really do wish they would prompt us to check our Email because I checked mine an hour later and realized that the ticket purchase might not have been completed until I confirmed everything through my email. I almost had a heart attack thinking my tickets would be gone since I didn't complete the purchase process after the Email. Anyways, it worked out fine in the end and hopefully these live tickets work as it says on the website. I feel really old fashioned missing the whole analog printed tickets but I can understand why it's transitioned to this to avoid fraud.
