Fair fees, I think. I wrote this as I thought I was 388 for a pair of tickets. This is what it said, That was until I paid, then got the email from PayPal telling me it was $503. But, I had already bought the plane tickets, hotel and car rental, so I will know net time to double check. Perhaps it was my bad and I did not see it, but I am 50/50, so I can't be overly mad. My wife and I have had Boston on our bucket list, so this is 2 birds with 1 stone. She loves Jason Aldean and Brooks n Dunn. So, I am not mad. I received a survey question asking if I recieved an Email Confirmation for my tickets purchased. I don't know if one of the above count as that - so either I never got my official confirmation or one of those is the confirmation and the question is not worded well.
Also, there was some urgency about confirming a ticket purchase after I was on the site ordering the tickets... it took me a day to get to that confirmation (in my email and wasn't made aware of it) but the ticket purchase still went through as far as I can tell, so it didn't feel like a smoothe process. That's the reason for one less star.
It was a good experience. When I get the tickets I'll be happier. Thanks for the opportunity to get the tickets from your site I just don't like the wait.
