Easy website to use. Got our tickets to Jelly Roll! Excited!
I got my tickets fine, but I thought I was on ticket master, not a resell site. The print is really small. It kinda felt like a scam. The price was jacked up, and you can't cancel the tickets. Support was no help whatsoever. I got my tickets, but I will never use this site again

Zero return policy if you don't pay for it. The venue specifically told us our tickets on sale purchase cannot be validated at the venue so they do not honor them. Didn't call the website because everything says "no refunds" except to rescheduled or canceled events.

Tickets said $32 my account was charged 222.64 I only purchased 2 tickets so idk why it came to so much after the fees
I didn't realize I was not going to get my tickets until later. So I went online to read other peoples reviews of ticketsonsale and I read some horror stories that definitely has me thinking I made a big mistake.
