The price went up exponentially from the original time I clicked to purchased with ridiculous fees. I called right after and emailed that I wanted to cancel my order.
Pretty darn excessive service charge. Pretty sad day when the seevce charge is 50 precent of face value. Wont make that mistakr again.
Very easy to use. App is easy to setup. Don't like they say i will receive tickets up to 1 day before the event.
First time there, very enjoyable. Only problem was I didn't realize I bought standing tickets and I am lame so standing wasn't something I could do. The guard in our section saw this and worked out a switch of tickets for us. We were able to sit. Staff was very helpful and kind.
