The site for the tickets was a little difficult to attain. After I got email confirmation I still have not received the e tickets. It usually doesn't take this long

I ordered two tickets but it would not accept my email even though it was correct. We exited out and tried again. This time I didn't notice and it automatically pu in 4 tickets. I immediately called to cancel 2 tickets but was basically told tough luck. They suggested that I try to sell.

Your app (DICE) is the most unuser-friendly process I've ever used to order tickets online. It's confusing and slow, and doesn't respond to quiries. After waiting several minutes I tried again to order my tickers, but your site wouldn't accept my info because I I had already made an order (the order that your program wouldn't accept). I looked for a phone number to call but couldn't find one. At this point I'm still not sure if I have a ticket or not. I hope I don't drive to Philadelphia only to find I don't have a ticket, or the app doesn't work on my phone.Whoever designed your process (probably AI) doesn't understand the basics of human communication. Keep in mind all your customers are not under 40 years old and are not tech-savvy. Provide some options.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
