A little hard to understand the process. I had to read over it a couple of times. I will find out when I go to the show if I followed the directions correctly. I found out my $167.00 tickets would have cost $100.00 at the theater. The additional fees ordering online totaled the bill to $454.22. If I had driven an hour and a half to the theater, I would have saved $254.22.

First purchase wt TicketsOnSale, Not good / Very Bad experience.
After 2 phones calls to follow up on the tickets delivery ( the same day), stating that everything was under control and that no matter what, the seller was to release the tickets prior the event or that TicketsOnSale was to help us to receive 2 tickets before fthe show. Conclusion, we never received the (2) tickets and fortunately, we were reimbursed by costumers service.
The problem: Unfortunately, we have been told by costumers service on the phone at 2 times to not worry before ending up in the parking lot of the theatre, with no tickets in hands. With frustration and a LOT of désappointement, we had our 3rd phone call@ 7:50pm ( show was at 8pm), with a nice lady at customers service ( nice voice but no empathy) telling us that she could not do anything more for that night and that the only option available was a reimbursement.
If we had knew earlier that the tickets were no longer available, we could have simply reschedule our evening and avoid 90 minutes stuck in trafic to assist a show for which we had no access. Very disappointing & Bad experience

This is the first time I've used this app, and I was able to purchase my tickets easily. It's always good to purchase insurance for your tickets just in case something happens. And my tickets were delivered within a few hours on the same day.

I paid twice the amount I should've for two tickets. Not even 20 minutes after I placed the order I tried to cancel and customer service would not let me.
Only to email me this:
"We're following up on the purchase that you placed with TicketsOnSale on Jan 21,2025.

No, I haven't received my confirmation email yet.

WHY TELL ME THAT I CAN'T CANCEL BUT SAY IN THIS EMAIL "If you canceled..."? Make it make sense.
