I was not able to cancel my order 5 mins after I placed it and realized I had purchased the wrong event.
I was disappointed that there isn't transparency in these sales. No breakdown of costs. Not clear its a resale site.
It's a confusing process, just send the tickets after I order. I had to confirm I got them, wait unit THE DAY BEFORE the event for another email (which I didn't get) telling me the tickets transfer and that I have to create an account to access the tickets. Now I have to scramble with customer support because I didn't get the email telling me how to create the account to access my tickets 2 days before the event!
