Once you place an order at Ticketsonsale (TOS) it goes through several hands before it gets to you. You would need to download and install an app called AXS to receive your ticket. This is anThis is a totally separate entity from TOS.
I followed these instruction and installed the AXS app, but no tickets calling customer service at AXS was absolutely no help.
The troubling part Is that although I received a confirmation email from TOS, I was unable to log on anywhere and verify that my tickets actually exist. Unfortunately in this case TOS was not immediately available to provide me with my tickets.
Long story short, My tickets were finally delivered to the AXS app. Almost a full day after they promised to deliver them, and only hours before the event.
My biggest issue here was not being able to get answers from anyone. TOS pointed their finger at AXS and AXS pointed their finger at TOS. Meanwhile, neither could give me any answer as to whether my tickets we even purchased. Even when I gave them the order number sent to me in the confirmation Email from TOS, they couldn't find anything.

Easy process but all the add-on charges were a bit crazy. I will likely not buy tickets again only because my $122 ticket ended up being closer to $200 after all the add-ons.
I cannot fathom why there are more than $30 dollars, per ticket, of service fees. What is this fee for? Does the artist get any part of the service fee? I could have purchased another whole ticket with the amount of service fees. Truly scalper level nonsense.
So far so good. Look forward to the concert. Time to get the tickets we're short.

When you have your tickets on the cell phone, but there is no internet connection nor wifi at the place where the concert is gonna take place, you need to have hard copies with you (or at least an screenshot). With your system that is not possible.
Link to sphere tickets works, but impossible to transfer to Google Wallet. Also contact us button does not work and chat facility does not fix the problem. Also not possible to contact human. Very frustrating, especially with a 16 hour time difference. We only have proof of purchase printed, not possible to print paper tickets and can only access the digital tickets via the email link. We are coming from Australia to see this and DO NOT WANT TO FIND THAT WE CAN SEE THE SHOW, because we were unable, through no fault of our own, to accept and transfer the tickets to the google wallet.
Easy to book a concert ticket. I was very happy with the user friendly site.
Quit with the after sale offers. It can be misleading and confusing.
