My wife and I double our purchase for an event, accident and tried to cancel one set of tickets but couldn't because of rules with the purchases. We were told that there was no other options to refund or cancel the second set of tickets. We have used TicketsOnSale before but with this outcome will not use this site again.

When looking up parking options, site clearly showed price as $43. But just before checking up, there was a statement that I would be billed for $66 which I did not understand the breakdown. Well bc it seemed as if this was the only option to get a parking spot I processed the payment. Well after processing I was able to see that the parking spot was $64 and not the $43 that was displayed and about $1 taxes. Then after getting to the parking deck we learned that we could have just purchased a spot for $25 there
