When looking up parking options, site clearly showed price as $43. But just before checking up, there was a statement that I would be billed for $66 which I did not understand the breakdown. Well bc it seemed as if this was the only option to get a parking spot I processed the payment. Well after processing I was able to see that the parking spot was $64 and not the $43 that was displayed and about $1 taxes. Then after getting to the parking deck we learned that we could have just purchased a spot for $25 there

Confusing. I thought I was going to the Altria Theater's direct box office only to realize, after the fact, that this was a third party site charging way more than I thought I was paying for the tickets.
I've received three emails saying I have ordered tickets but it isn't clear how I get them. The site selling the tickets isn't clear that the tickets don't exist yet and they don't know what app will be used to deliver the eTickets. It's more confusing than is should be,
