Easy and quick to order, but link to order status does not work
I prefer mobile tickets that I can out in my wallet. On 1 of the 2 transactions - it only allowed me to"electronic transfer" for a $5 fee. Not right.
The concert itself was great! Buying the tickets was easy enough. The problem was trying to find out about the parking, specifically needed to know about handicapped parking. It just kept wanting me to pay for parking ahead of time. No choice about handicap or anything. I prepaid for parking, then found out that where it had me pay for parking was a half hour walk from the concert site! I ended up having to pay for parking closer. Plus, being handicapped, and it was snowing, there would not have been anyway for me to walk that far. Thankfully, I was refunded my money due to my explanation.

The fees associated with this purchase are ridiculous and I had to pay a delivery fee and they are not even being delivered…two grandparents on a fixed budget can barely afford to watch their grand at the rodeo. Such a shame
Please be sure to pay full attention when buying tickets online. If you see "ticketsonsale.com" stop your purchase immediately. Way, way overpriced, won't refund. They got me good. Lesson learned.
What experience? I bought tickets on here and then found out that the tickets haven't actually gone on sale so now I'm hoping I didn't just spending $1600 I tickets I don't know if I'll get and I keep getting this confirmation email and it's just a "hows your experience" email but nothing on my tickets.
