Limited ways to receive tickets.

You need to allow a different delivery method other than electronic transfer. Not every has a printer or a cell phone capable of displaying the ticket.

Over priced and under delivered

How sad that the fee is 1/3 of the ticket price, the seats are less than ideal and clearly there is a computer buying these tickets and selling to humans at a premium. The direct venue tickets sold out in a second and people still hopeful to see the show were directed to this site, who took advantage of the situation and overcharged.
