Spent 200$ on 2 tickets that they refuse to send until the day of the concert, which i now fully expect not to attend cause im pretty sure they just stole my money. Once i contacted them they tried to tell me i can sell my tickets online before the show, which i would do IF I HAD MY TICKETS.
We received a quick confirmation response. But we still have not received an email or printed tickets. We don't know our seats. Every attempt to learn of the seats is always a "it's coming". Leaves us uneasy. Waiting patiently for more than 10 days

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
