Spent 200$ on 2 tickets that they refuse to send until the day of the concert, which i now fully expect not to attend cause im pretty sure they just stole my money. Once i contacted them they tried to tell me i can sell my tickets online before the show, which i would do IF I HAD MY TICKETS.
We received a quick confirmation response. But we still have not received an email or printed tickets. We don't know our seats. Every attempt to learn of the seats is always a "it's coming". Leaves us uneasy. Waiting patiently for more than 10 days
I am not comfortable with the fact that the tickets to the event I have paid for are not available to me electronically until the day before the event. And the seating notification is very general. It just gives me an area and row, not a seat number.
Initially I was not able to see my tickets on BallPArk MLB after accepting them. The only tickets were from a previous purchase. I tried several times with no luck. I tried to contact someone but the contact link did not reveal a connection. I waited a day and tried again to see the tix. I eventually found a chat link through a circuitous route. It was not available at first. I eventually was able to use chat, explain the problem and get a live agent. The tix were re-transmitted and are now available on the app.
Easy way to purchase concert tickets without frustrating interruptions
Way overpriced online, I payed $113 prepaid parking and my ticket costed $55 dollars, why such and up charge?
Too many confusing emails from different places. Buy from one place then start getting emails from another. Hope it works out.
Fees are too high for a SRO concert and assessed per ticket instead of per purchase. It makes the overall ticket price too high.
