I feel that charging two and a half times the face value of the ticket in this size market is ridiculous! If you included a parking ticket that would have helped. Other than that, the web site was easy to navigate. Followup was a nice surprise.
Easy to order tickets. Seamless. I would recommend the service to others
The tickets were $175 each. Once purchasing there is no breakdown of any service fees. If I had been able to see that the service charges were going to be an additional $150 I would not have completed this order. Therefore you are essentially scamming potential customers. There is no way to cancel your order. Another huge red flag and scam.
I will never use this service again. I dint even want to use it now. I would rather have a complete refund. Your customer service is non existent. It's just a loop of questions with simple answers that get you no where. Zero human interaction.

Despite an email saying my ticket purchase has been confirmed I have serious doubts as to the validity of this. The message stated my tickets will be mailed a day or two before the event. I have to travel to this event and there seems to be a very good chance that there are no tickets. Why wait until the last minute? Are you still trying to locate tickets? To be honest I do not trust this process at all and my look into canceling the purchase.
I would like to have the tickets right after I purchase them. I feel like getting them 3 days before the event when you purchase them a month before is just too long
Purchased tickets thru my iphone and am still trying to retrieve them from the app I had to download. So far I have not been able to retrieve them! This is a very frustrating experience and yes I'm a Senior Citizen.
Upon review, my total makes no sense. Should have been roughly $38 after fees but my total is showing $89. This is not a sold out show and tickets are still available for $15 plus fees.
The confusion of how to "accept" my purchase. I have them showing on my phone but am still unsure of whether I can get in when I get to the show. And why do I need to accept them; didn't I do that when I paid for them?
Easy process to order! Very easy to maneuver the website and see the arena--when I changed the seating area I wanted it allowed me to see both areas. Will definitely use this website again.
