I already confirmed that I got the email confirmation that I ordered my ticket. Having to confirm a second time makes me wonder if I'm getting my ticket on time or at all. Your confirmation emails are confusing when you ask for more than one.

I was given my reciept of purchase for 2 tickets that said total was 298.00 but it came off my visa a cost of $417.56 not one person answered my call nor email to.explain why I was charged that much when it stated the total at time of purchase was 298.00
Pretty easy. Wish I could have figured out how to see the exact seat placements. Maybe it's available but I could only find the section with row letter placement (not able to tell if the row letters started a CCC, etc).

I think resale tickets are not giving the money to the right people and businesses doing the actual work. However, I am glad to have access to the tickets I want. I should have bought my tickets earlier. But I find it particularly offensive when it is a Canadian show and a Canadian musician, band or artists being sold by an American site, and in American dollars. Gross.
