Awesome simple easy quick can't wait for the concert Thursday
The site is super easy to use but I didn't realize I was not on the actual event site and was on a third-party seller site until it was too late.
I mistakenly thought I was buying from Ticketmaster, but it turned out to be TicketsOnSale. While they did deliver the tickets earlier than the 2 days before the show they originally promised (which was a relief), I later discovered that the same seats — Row V for the David Broza show on Nov 18 — could have been purchased directly from Ticketmaster for 40–59% less. That's a huge markup for no added value. I feel misled and overcharged. This experience left a bad taste, and I will avoid buying from them in the future.

As of yet i have been unable to figure out if and when I will have tickets. I purchased through Ticketsonsale.com, received an email from Vividseats selling more concert events in Nashville, and have determined that I need as AXS app on my phone to see tickets which I have yet to see. I have no idea where I am supposed to see my tickets or if I will see my tickets.
It was easy and quick to get the tickets. Look forward to using the app again
