I bought a ticket for disney, and since last time I've been to Disney was before pandemic, I was not aware of their policy changes and reservation requirements. So, I went to tickets at work website to use it (as I did before), I bought the tickets, then I received an email that tickets are not refundable, then while reading more on the ticket next day, I read in the description about reservations. I looked at Disney website and couldn't find an availability for the days I can (don't live in CA). I called TicketsAtWork and explained what happened, they told me they will open a ticket and sent me an email about it. 5 days later with no update (they promised to update me in 72hrs), I called again and found out my case is closed and they won't reimburse me for the tickets. Now, I got stuck with 5 tickets for Disney that I don't know when I can use.
Horrible experience, website didn't have this info, and then I found that Disney tickets prices was the same as what I paid for. My advise is to check at Disney or other attractions website first and deal with them directly instead of TicketsAtWork, even if you want to cancel or postpone, they will find a way to do it.
After 7 months of going back and forth with NUMEROUS TAW representatives and being denied a VALID refund multiple times, Richard was able to contact me immediately after I reached out to the company that owns TAW & issued a refund that should be posting soon. My situation was not complicated, as I prepaid for a car rental, but upon arrival at the merchant, I had to add an additional driver. This created a new reservation with an entirely different rate. I used a different card to pay for this reservation at the merchant and ONLY USED THAT ONE CAR. I NEVER saw a refund for the prepaid $229, even though I paid $254 + $200 deposit at the merchant. After submitting several claims, TAW representatives kept claiming that they could not issue a refund because "the car was used" & "their partners denied my claim." WHAT PARTNERS? Because I reached out to the merchant directly and even provided an invoice with the new reservation breakdown & the last four of the other card I used as proof that I DID NOT & COULD NOT go through with the prepaid reservation due to adding another driver at the merchant.
I was beyond fed up, but thankfully, Richard called me immediately after my final attempt to attempt to get my money back. There was no way I was paying $483 for a 5 day Chevy Malibu rental. He was understanding, efficient, and DEFINITELY recommend anyone who is dealing with something similar and feeling defeated or ignored to try and reach out to him or anyone similar.

I am writing this review from my experience yesterday after booking a same day hotel which ended up booking for next week. I realized it after going to check in the hotel. I called Ticketsatwork and was on hold for over 2hrs with no resolution. I went on the Ticketsatwork instagram page and left a comment. Immediately I received a call from Richard and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He managed to resolve the hotel reservation date change immediately after he called me. His dedication was outstanding and great customer service skills. Thank you Richard for all of your help. I appreciate all of your help.

If you need to cancel listen very carefully to the service rep when you do. They are fast talking and will try to scam you into a voucher to use for future purchases rather than just reverse the charges. Also, they said it's going to take 10 to 15 business days to get the money back on my card. Most reversals take between 3 to 5 business days which must mean they are not based in the US. Buyer beware.

I spent $400 to tickets to legoland for my daughters bday on the 26th. They took the money then canceled order an hour later on the 22nd. I called and asked why. I spoke with rep Michelle and she said because the tickets were sold out and the web developers didn't update the website. What? I asked about other tickets they were all sold out of all of them for legoland in "real time" but still available to "buy" online. Sounds like a scam. Then she proceeds to say I'll expedite the refund and it'll take 1-2 business days. And there was no manager to speak with. I'm here today. Spoke to Joseph saying that everything Michelle said was a lie and it'll take 3-5 days. But I'm supposed to be getting a call from a manager that's not available to answer my concerns at the moment cause he's on another call. A bunch of crap. Order #*******
We apologize but as a 3rd party tickets get sold out quickly. We looked at your order and it shows that you have been refunded right away from a manager. That manager actually tried to reach out to you today. You should see the cards refunded in 1 to 3 business day and we apologize for any delays. Thank You.
Richard has solved my request, however, when i made the purchase by ticketatwork it was cancelable. I upload a ticket asking for the refund but i never get a response till i contact thru instagram. Please enhace your page support.

Tickets at Work refused to refund costs of tickets after we were refused entry to Doobie Brothers concert in Oct 2021. We were told by Mohegan Sun the tickets we held electronically were used and that they had been resold.

I purchased two tickets to an escape room online and and never received my tickets. I reached out and they refused to refund me because they say that it is their policy. So their policy is to steal money from people and not give them
What they pay for. I NEVER received my tickets. DO NOT use this company ever! We are out $109 because of them. We never got what we paid for it's totally a scam.

I booked international air travel through this company. My original flights were canceled and rebooked. However, the new flights did not work with my schedule. I have been trying for five days to get these flights changed unsuccessfully. Every flight I have asked for I have been told is "unavailable" even though the airline website shows plenty of available seats. Also, I paid extra for premium economy and they are telling me that there are no premium economy seats available on any flight (which I know for a fact is a lie. I called the airline and they verified there are available seats) so they are trying to book me into regular economy for what I paid for premium with NO REFUND for the difference. Isn't that stealing? At this point, I have record of over 11 phone calls and 26 emails with this company trying to get my flights changed with no luck. Apparently, they use a third party booking service who then has to contact the airline. I have to go through 3 people anytime I have a question or want to check a flight which takes hours, if not days. This company has been a nightmare to deal with and I regret the day I used them to book my flights. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company to book anything! The hassle and headache are not worth the few dollars you might save.

They do not deserve any stars! I wish I could submit without giving them one star! This company is a complete scam. I was charged by both TicketAtWorks and Hertz, however TicketAtWorks charged me $512 for the car rental! TicketAtWorks lied and said I would get a refund because Hertz did not honor that I had prepaid with them, ask for purchase receipt from Hertz. Had me file a dispute, all to deny the request! TicketAtWorks Said request was denied because the receipt for the same rental days & exact same car were additional charges for using the car. They are not to be trusted! Please check all resources before using this untrustworthy website!

Bought 5 tickets to a concert. Concert got postponed a couple of times. When it came back in town tickets at work never sent me the tickets. I have been trying to get a refund from them for about a month and keep getting the run around. My Company has over 500 facilities that use tickets at work. I will be calling Corporate Human Resources and let then know how I am being treated.

I purchased tickets for a theme park that closed for four unknown reasons a few hours after opening. They would not give a refund since I purchased through ticketsatwork. They have me the run around for several weeks until finally denying my refund

I previously had a pretty darn positive experience getting discounted Six Flags tickets through Tickets At Work, but I was recently taken for a ride. I got Broadway tickets through them only to realize after that the "discount" was more expensive than buying direct. Not only that … then I got stuck away from NYC due to the dangerous winter weather conditions. I was denied a refund of any sort, even partially, and the only option to rebook would have cost more after I already overpaid. Never again. Buying direct exclusively from now on.

I bought tickets right before the pandemic hit I have been trying to work with ticketsatwork to receive a refund or even a credit because we were unable to go due to everything being shut down. They refused and told me to wait so I did. Months went by and there were no changes so I tried reaching out again because at this point only vaccinated people were allowed and they didn't have a vaccine for kids but they refused once again. Months later I tried again and they gave me credit for my universal studios tickets but now are telling me I am pretty much out the money for Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm because they can't do anything to help. I don't understand how during a pandemic they are treating their customers this way. I would give them zero stars if possible.

This is a marketing ploy to get you to sign up. There is no benefit other than a few discounts. The stores represented do not necessarily honor what is advertised. So don't waste your time.

Charged $8 for a Vegas room, $111.39 in Hotel Fees. Did not disclose there were resort fees due to the hotel. Booking made to look like the resort fees were prepaid. Called prior to booking, customer service said resort fees were prepaid. They issued a refund for 1 booking and refuse to issue a refund for the 2nd booking. Both bookings were the same hotel and same issue.
The booking has fees (Example: Location & Sales Tax) that are not related to the resort fees. Resort fees as stated in the terms of sale is something that the hotel will charge separately. Also, all taxes and fees including total charges are also shown before checking out as well. These prices are all contracted from the hotel supplier with the actual resort and we apologize that only 1 refund was allowed.
Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
Answer: Yes, definitely. Just got refunded for a discrepancy after seven months.
Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
