I purchased 6 tickets to a comedy show and after I purchased through ticket at works another person asked to be added. I called Tickets at work and bought an additional ticket to my reservation but come to find out it was just me buying an additional ticket and now they can't guarantee that the extra person will be seated with us at the event since they ticket was bought separately. I called back and spoke to two separate representatives to see what could be done to make sure we would all sit together and they were no help at all. It's frustrating they don't give you seating when you book through them. Just use TicketMaster to buy event tickets if available for the type of event you're looking for. You know you're exact seat assignments and it's actually cheaper to buy direct through TicketMaster. Never again will I use Ticket at Works!
I'm also a customer for TAW. I haven't had any bad experiences yet. But just based on these nightmares I have read, I would NEVER buy anything else thru TAW! We already have to deal with a lot with our jobs and the one escape we have is scam!
Who takes honest people money who work everyday price of gas an food are at a high nobody has money to just throw away. Got hotel reservations unhappy amenities were false. Emailed TAW several times they send u a email stating 72 hrs it's been 5 days. I will never do business again. Called hotel they state they refund TAW an no I do not want voucher I did not pay with voucher

Ticketsatwork sold me a hotel reservation that they never contacted the hotel about. I arrived at the hotel and they had no booking and had never heard of Ticketsatwork. I called Ticketsatwork and the woman who answered read off a script, talking in loops and answering no questions. She was unable to confirm that Ticketsatwork had ever contacted the hotel. She tried to sell me a rental car. I ended up having to leave the hotel and pay for a new one, and I never got the money back. They took my money and provided no product. This is as close to fraud as a company can come without actually stealing your information.

2 months I have been trying to receive a refund on a hotel room I was never able to use. Hotel had half of the reservation in their system but not second half. 2 rooms for 2 nights cost me $1100. 00 when it should have been $700.00

I paid for 2 hotels and was told I could change the dates on line threw my itinerary. When I went to check in I was told that I no longer had reservations because I was a no show and that I needed to contact tickets at work to get it resolved. It's been over a week and still nothing has been done. The hotels tell me I need to contact tickets at work and tickets at work tell me I need to contact the hotels. I'm now out over 1000 dollars and no one will do anything but point fingers at another person. If I could do less than a 1 star I would.

Tickets at work is very bad, i book a hotel through them, cancelled within 24 hours. The rooms states its free cancellation and refundable till 28may2022, however they told me they can only keep it as a travel credit. They dont even understand, the word refundable...

If I could have gave them no stars, I would have. The would not give me my money back but a credit voucher to be used on their website but only certain merchants accept the damn voucher. I would never use their website again. I bought some concert tickets and they charged me more than 3 times the amount on Ticketmaster website. I got robbed without a gun and all they could say when you call them is "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" NEVER AGAIN

I called after renting a car at 12, they said they couldn't issue a refund even though I couldn't get the car because I called past 12. I'm now having to dispute the charge 280.00 with my bank. Do not use this site they steal your money.

I booked my hotel through TicketsatWork, and it was a nightmare when I got to the hotel in Vegas. They could not find my reservation at all, and they had to get the manager. Luckily, the manager at ResortsWorld was SUPER KIND, and he said that TicketsAtWork is terrible from his experience. It was a really awkward position for me, but thankful that they were willing to honor my confirmation despite TicketsAtWork not sending them my information at all. Stay away if you want to avoid trouble.

Don't ever used ticketatwork for flight tickets. Inconsistency and all lies after booking the same flight five times- they keep telling me the price has changed but it doesn't reflect on my receipt so I should allow them to add some money to the original price I bought the ticket. This is ridiculous!

Disappointed in clarity and pricing of site. I compared three sites, including the official Disney World site when looking to purchase park tickets. Perks at Work looked to be cheaper by roughly $100. There was no breakdown of total fees prior to me clicking the purchase button. Only after I hit purchase, did the breakdown appear and resulted in a charge greater than Disney World's pricing (taxes included). Should have just paid through Disney …

My sister and I bought tickets to the Chicago Blackhawks vs Las Vegas Golden knights on January 22nd and never received the tickets. Got a hold of one rep who hung up on us, then got another that actually wanted to help by stating she would email us our tickets within 10 mins. (It's been an hour and nothing). This third time we have been on hold for over an hour and nothing. The game is tomorrow and we are sadly gunna have to spend over $1k for 4 tickets but only get 2 ticket but obviously not through this scam site.

I wish that I could give less than one star. I have called several times and spoken with different people regarding a refund for a hotel that was cancelled because they claimed the hotel sold out AFTER I booked. I have been told different things regarding the refund and just wanted to clarify that they understand that I have two different refunds for the same amount. Sherbert, who identified himself as a manager, came to the phone all hostile and rudely told me there was no purpose for my call and that it takes 5-7 days for the refund (although the email says 3-5.) I just want my money back that it only took them seconds to remove from my account when I booked.

I'm an employee of USAA. I booked a hotel room through ticketsatwork.com for 03/11/22 in Lake Bueuna Vista, Fl When I Arrived to check in to the hotel. I was turned away due to the hotel beginning over booked by third party companies. No rooms were available. I tried calling ticketsatwork.com but they was closed 03/11/22 when I was turned away. I called them 03/12/22, explained the situation advised a refund request had been made. I would get a responds within 72hours. No response I called back 03/16/22 spoke with Edgar. He continued to give me the run around, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and put me on hold for more than 30mins without even returning to the phone. Very rude, horrible customer service.He disconnect the call, called back was escalated to a supervisor Rochelle Employee id# *******. She was bot very helpful I even provided two points of contacts at the hotel for them to verify. Still nothing I Keep getting told they have to check with their partner for refund. I spoke with supervisor Edwin G in Guatemala. Problem still unresolved with no answer and no refund, and now their asking for another 48hours. I would just like my refund.

This company actually offers tickets at a MARKUP of what they are offered from the actual vendor while claiming its discount. Not a single price on this site beats vendors or even Ticketmster/stub hub.
The search bar on the homepage is completely unusable for months and is just a visual item. The flight section on the website has not loaded for me on any device for over a year. Honestly wondering what the point of ticketsatwork is
We sell thousands of tickets daily and a lot of satisfied guests who love our prices. Our website does contain a "Preferred Access" section that has tickets from different sellers that can be more or less than the face value of the ticket. However, the items he have for sale through us directly is always at a discount compared to the parks and various hotel locations. Thanks.
Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
