I purchased Zip Line tickets 3 weeks before our trip to Hawaii. The instructions said to request reservations from the place 1-2 weeks in advance and when I did, they did not have any open reservations. I called and was told they had no reservations available for a month. We were only going to be in Hawaii for one week. I attempted multiple times to get a refund and would get these messages that they were working on it. Then one that said they couldn't refund me. For nearly a month I attempted and this last one I did not hear back for quite some time so I followed up. All to get the same answer they could not refund me. Now I am out nearly $500 for vouchers that I couldn't use. It's so disappointing that the company I work for advertise to use Tickets at work and they don't care. I'll never use them again.

I reserved a hotel through this company - honestly, with a tiny discount, in hind-sight it was totally NOT worth it! My trip dates got changed and I tried contacting them to amend my reservation, and I basically got the run around for 2.5 weeks. Then they told me to call the hotel myself and ask them to call Ticketsatwork to resolve it. Why don't they proactively do this!? I have spent several hours with back and forth emails and phone calls trying to resolve this, and there has been no resolution. I called today and waited for 40 minutes to speak with a supervisor, they got back on the line and said I can't talk to a supervisor but I can be put on a call back list (guess what? I'm not holding my breath). I spoke to the hotel and they said they couldn't refund ticketsatwork because they never even charged them for the reservation yet.!? Seriously - I'm just being lead into circles over here. I will never use this service again, or any other 3rd party service to be honest. And I will ask my work to stop partnership with them too.

Terrible! Don't don't use them

We booked through ticketsatwork for SeaCrest Resort. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we definitely were not satisfied. The room stunk and you could not breathe, the door would not lock, fruit flies in the sink, the carpet was nasty, no shower curtain, looked like mold on ceiling, and other very unacceptable things. This was detrimental to our health and my kids and I could not breathe. We left and the resort said they would give a refund, but ticketsatwork went through Expedia and we would need to reach out to them to get our refund. Ticketsatwork will not give me contact information for who I need to speak to at Expedia since this is who they went through. Ticketsatwork has been giving me automated responses about updating me every 72 hours (which they don't, but give the same message if you email them). This is unacceptable and I have never experienced anything like this before and I am truly appalled considering it's supposed to be a discount program through my job.

I saw a lower rate for a hotel I'd booked for December. I called ticketsatwork and they were able to rebook me at the lower rate, and they refunded my original credit card for the difference a couple days later.

Reallly impressed at how easy they made it and how knowledgeable the rep was.

Do not purchase anything from them

It's been over a month and I have not received my money back. I booked a 2-unit buyout listed with 7 bedrooms. This was for my birthday weekend. They failed to send me the access code to the property and I was put on hold for an hour prior to checkin as I tried to reach out to them. Another 1 hour of being on hold yielded the same zero result. Arrived at the property and a rep finally connected me with Expedia and then Avant Stay, the property manager. Finally able to get in the property at 9pm. Only to find out it was only a 2-bedroom. I had to pay for a hotel for my guests and an airbnb for the second night. Over a month a later and I still have not gotten my money back. They have been sending me the same response, "we are trying to reach the property". Do not ever purchase or book anything with Ticketsatwork. Proof of purchase uploaded.

Cheaters

I had booked Hampton Inn in Atlanta in july 2022 about 2 week early and did not had reserved room at motel. HAMPTON IN staff was rude and non professional. I have called Tickets at Work and requested refund on next day. They told to wait 72 hrs for refund and its been 1 month already. I still did not get refund. It is a SCAM. BE AWARE.

I booked a hotel under the website for the wrong date and apparently it was non refundable... as soon as i hit the button 10 mins later i called Ticketsatwork (*******) help line to try and either get a voucher or the date changed. They put you on this 72 hour wait for investigation to contact the hotel thing and the date for my actual event had passed i asked again if i could just get a date change so that i am not out of $400 again the response was "we are still investigating and would get back with me within 72 hours"... 72 hours later now this day is the actual date booked... i pleaded again please give me some information as to if my investigated case would be fix or if i need to drive to the hotel and just utilized the wrongly booked date... they said again give us 72 hours we are waiting on the hotel. The agent then says be patient we are working diligently on your order and we will have the best outcome possible... my booking is now closed and now tickets at work is saying its absolutely nothing that can be done. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE I called immediately after hitting enter and was given this 72 hour wait until my actual booking was closed. This is not how you treat customers. If i book with an airline you have at least 24 hours or offered a voucher. I am out of $400! I hate that i experienced this with tickets at work...

Poor customer service

I booked hotel with Ticketsatwork the hotel had mold, the door was kicked in, mattresses were being aired out outside the rooms, stray cats were walking around in the lobby. Hotel stated they would give refund. However ticketsatwork is not refunding my account

Booked a room in Yountville hotel for July 31st. I found out I have covid on July 29th and called right away to cancel my reservation. I was told by the customer service representative they will be able to help out if I provide my positive test result which I did! In the meantime I reached out to hotel Yountville and I got confirmation from them that they authorized the refund and the only thing I need to do is to cancel the reservation through expedia (that is their partner). I reached out again to Ticketsatwork customer service and I was told they will open another case. I did not hear back from them. The manager from hotel Yountville was so nice to give me a call again and tell me that again they did authorize the refund and advised me to contact tickets at work again. I, of course, submitted another request just to get an email back that they did not hear back from their partner (expedia) and they cannot resolve the issue! It is becoming extremely frustrating since the charge is close to $900. I have not heard back from them even though Hotel is willing to refund it but they are unable to do it because I booked it via 3rd party. I am very disappointed with customer service as when I called to try and resolve the issue instead of trying and helping me out one of the customer service representatives started offering me more tickets. Regretfully I do not think I will be using this website again, I just lost $900 due to something I am not able to control (such as getting covid) and I do not see that anyone is willing to help.

This company takes your deposit and keep you waiting to get it back. All these companies want a deposit but then they don't want to give it back. They send you emails talking about they are reviewing your reservation for your booking when there's actually nothing to investigate. I will never ever go through teamsatwork again

I rented a car one way from Fresno to Sacramento. I paid $67 some dollars. When I got my confimation email I noticed at the bottom that there was an "at the counter fee" of around $90 + another $20 in taxes. I didn't quite know what that was so I called Tickets at Work and was told that is an additional amount I would need to pay when dropping off the car! I asked why those fees were not included in the initial cost but got the run around. I asked if I could cancel. I was told it was not more than 48 hours from the rental. I just made the confirmation 5 minutes earlier. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Will never do any business with these theives again. Save yourself from this headache and look elsewhere! My pain is your gain!

I booked a hotel for 4 days and I immediately realized I made a mistake and tried to cancel it. There was no where on the web site to cancel so I emailed them. They emailed me back and said they are a third party and refund requests are subject to approval from their partners. Best case scenario they will offer me a voucher. No where on their website did they disclose this. The only thing I read was that as long as I cancelled within the policy, which I was well within, that I would get 100% refund. Complete false advertising. I hope something can be done about this. May the buyer beware.

I booked an hotel room with king bed and balcony view. I purchased and made my trip. When I got there they said I had not booked anything I had just reserved. They said they can place me on another room however they may not refund me so I contacted tickets at work to let them know so they can help and they said to just take whatever room they have but if it's cheaper I wouldn't get the refund and if it was more expensive I would have to pay with hotel. They submitted a claim and I have yet to hear from them. It's been about 2-3 weeks. Please don't.

If you want to lose your money and never see it again, then this is the company to purchase "discount" rooms or products. I did not stay in the hotel, but apparently didn't cancel it with tickets at work (I canceled the reservation at the hotel) and now I'm out $242.00 to this company. I could have used that money for my family, food and gas. I hope who ever gets to keep my money has a great time with it, stealing from the unfortunate. I'll manage, but it was not worth booking thru Tickets at work to get a "discount", in the long run I got screwed out of money and didn't save anything, nor get to stay in the hotel room. I booked Fontainbleau Hotel through Tickets at Work on March 6th, 2022 for $914.75 for 2 nights for my Husband and I for a great experience that I hoped for, for my 45th Birthday, which was on June 15th. We get there to check in and the hotel says sorry we were never paid and we are sold out today. My heart just dropped. They kept saying they show Sunset and gave a different card number it was paid with. I had to book another hotel somewhere else. I was highly displeased. When I got back home from Vacation. I called all my cards to find my Tickets at Work purchase. And I called Tickets at Work and explained the situation several times. Different reps kept changing up what I said. They were making it like I booked another room at Fontainbleau and all kinds of things they put in the notes. It took them 3 weeks to get my money back to me. I am still upset. Don't think I will ever use them again. This was a huge mistake that someone made.

Thieves at work

This company's website is not good on mobile usage. The issue came about when there was a glitch in the system and a constant refresh resulting in unauthorized charges twice after calling and calling they never fix the issue and told me it was too bad nothing they can do about it caught my bank and rectified the situation the next day they went back in my account through PayPal and took my money back out of my account for the second time this is so unacceptable due to no fault of my own I'm out of money that should not have been taken out of my checking account but they went back in there and did it again without authorization so yes they are thieves big time. Customer service is trash at its finest! That rude a$$ lady let alone mumbling she sounded half dead asleep. Acted like she couldn't find the transaction then took over 30 minutes To get a supervisor could properly speak! This company needs to be $#*! down. Side note I never ready tickets so how about that! Never ever will I use or recommend this particular company an I made sure everyone my job who has made an ac shut it down an delete it cause tickets atvwork do not woman aren't worth a penny but they took mine twice. Lawsuit!

Don't make a mistake!

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for Discovery Cove and was unable to stop the transaction once I realized my mistake. I called them the next day since initially it was after hours. I was told that there was nothing they could do... then the rep tried to upsale a membership. Hoping the resort will work with me, but very disappointed with Tickets at Work.

We got COVID and they're still charging us for cancellation $180+ like it's our fault we got sick and we had to cancel. This is so messed up $500++ stealing money from people. #*******
And the hotel told us they were giving us our full refund back

This company is the worst. I needed to cancel a hotel due to COVID. The hotel was willing to refund, no questions asked, but ticketsatwork needed to cancel on my behalf as they made the reservation. The phone call to the hotel would take 2 minutes. In 5 days they did not call or email the hotel on my behalf and I lost out on a refund for a $600/night hotel charge. Never book with these guys as they are all terrible people who will do absolutely nothing to assist the customer. The opposite of customer service. I literally wish nothing but bad things for every single individual I spoke with at the company (which was about 15 people in the course of trying to get a refund).

FALSE ADVERTISING! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Bought "SILVER ANNUAL PASSES" to 4 SEAWORLD parks on Dec. 2021. Unbeknownst to me, the tickets came with an EXPIRATION DATE OF 3 MONTHS. I open a claim and was just informed that no correction will be made, and my case was closed. $1K dollars flushed down the drain! Three different CSRs replied the same: "even though you bought ANNUAL PASSESS, and the tickets indicate so, what counts is the expiration! This is undoubtedly FRAUD and my husband and I will pursue this matter via legal avenue. Do NOT buy anything through TICKETSATWORK!
