They are literally the worst. I spent nearly $300 dollars on broadway tickets. I selected the date that I wanted to attend however their system for some reason chose some random date. As I clicked to purchase not realizing the error. I called them less than 5 minutes later and they had the audacity to tell me sales are final. I am trying my best not to go crazy here, but I can't change plans to be in a state I don't live in because of this error. It literally makes no sense. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I am reporting this company to my HR and hopefully they can make some changes to our benefits package. Pathetic excuse for benefits.

Don't do it!

Not upfront about taxes and fees you will be charged. Paid 28% in "state and local taxes" (according to customer service person). Makes discount almost nonexistent

SCAM. DO NOT BUY

My husband mistakenly ordered tickets from them today for a concert that is NOT EVEN FOR SALE. He called WITHIN 30 MINUTES and they refused to refund. He bought ticket insurance, they could not tell us what he even paid for with insurance. Said they would send a link. Link came to email and is a dead link. Disgusting experience and disgusting employers license through them.

Cancellation Policy

TicketsAtwork will not take responsibility if hotel will decline for refund due to THEM not contacting the hotel on time. I made cancellation for my reservation within the allowed dates to cancel but because they did not contact the hotel on time it will be your loss since you will not get a refund. Even a partial refund for 2 days reservation, you will not get a penny. Stay away from tickets at work. They will just take your money and no support if things go south.

I booked a hotel thru this site and when I got to the hotel they couldn't accommodate my stay. The hotel manager said that he approves my refund but due to them using a hotel supplier the hotel supplier is denying my refund. How am I as a customer gonna know that a hotel I booked can't accommodate me until I get there which check in is after 3pm and the hotel supplier is saying because I canceled after 10am this is very alarming and I feel as though they are a scam. I have the hotel managers info and he has even said that they should not be making it this hard on me to receive my refund

I called to buy universal Orlando tickets and thought the customer service representatives would be honest and more helpful to guide me with making the correct choice. They sold me express tickets only and refuse to refund me. You don't see the ticket if you order direct through a customer service rep so after I paid I saw it was express only. I decided to call back and asked a second representative to verify her colleague sold me entrance and express. She put me on hold and "confirmed with her manager". This was for my sons birthday alone with 2 of his friend so I spent a lot of money. I tried to book early to save more. At the end we got to park and after scanning was told we were lied to these were only express passes. I quickly called tickets at work and explained we were sold the wrong ticket. To show how dishonest these people are she told "the express tickets were used" I told her how could I if I'm outside asking to refund and sell me entrance tickets. At the end I had buy tickets at the park and still fighting to get my refund for express tickets never used. They knew if the tickets were scanned at the front it would show it was used and then they would use that as an excuse to not refund me. They are a fraud and they will be dishonest especially if you call in and get help from their representatives. I would never use them ever again nor recommend. And I will leave a review every chance I get to warn people.

I purchased tickets for hollow scream Tampa little did I know that hollow scream is in Orlando and thats the ticket I mistakenly purchase

Very specific policies for car rentals that are not explicitly mentioned when checking out except for a check box to accept terms and conditions. I was refused service for my car rental and when I called them for a refund, they accepted that I did not receive what I paid for but refuse to provide a refund because the policy is hidden somewhere on their website. This is so deceptive on their part and keeping money without providing any services. Do NOT use them just pay full price directly with car rental companies so you dont get the run around. Absolutely ridiculous!

I booked two separate hotels through tickets at work and both hotels don't have my reservations. I still haven't gotten one refund. The other trying to see if they can find my reservations. This so much of an inconvenience and very very frustrating.

I found TicketsAtWork through my TriNet benefits. Booked a three day/two night stay, but after checking out soon realized the hotel fee was $300, while TicketsAtWork charged me $420. Their customer service told me I should have checked the hotel website before booking through them. SMH!

I booked a hotel in Florida and Hurricane IAN got stronger to CAT4 storm. I called to cancel my trip as I am driving with my family to Daytona Beach and will face the storm wether when we get there or on the way. It is very risky to drive and it will be just boring to sit inside a hotel for your stay without any fun. ( what is the purpose of a vacation then). When I called, The rep said you are 2 hours late for free cancellation and I have to pay $230 penalty as I am late 2hrs. Lol. I said ok, let me then change the date so I avoid the storm (knowing that I am moving my date by 1 week, not by too much). They said that they cannot do that unless they cancel the 1st reservation and open a new one. A disgusting way to make you pay the late fees again. Others like Expedia, Kayak... they allow that with no penalties. They are doing that just to rob you. Be careful. I cancelled thew trip and they send no cancellation email so I asked for the cancellation number, The rep said that they don't offer cancellation number.and he was going to credit me the rest of my money in a voucher form, I said "hell NO". They have a fishy business and they don't know how to make a client. I am reporting them to my company so they review what they are doing and I hope they cancel any business with them. As far me, I am not using them anymore in anything they offer or anyone related to them.

They will steal your money

Do not use this site for anything they will steal your money from you. I booked a rental car through them and they took money off of my card only for me to get to the rental company and they tell me they don't even do same day rentals and Tickets at Work shouldn't have took a payment from me. I called TicketsAtWork to ask for a refund and they can't even give me accurate info. I've been waiting days with no communication. Crooks

Hi I have had some very bad experiences dealing with Ticketsatwork. In 2020 I reserved a room in Indiana through ticketsatwork I drive hours to get to the hotel to find out. I have no reservations through ticketsatwork at the hotel. I end up having to sleep in my vehicle. Ticketsatwork then resolved the issue by giving me a credit voucher for the money I spent on the hotel room. Not a refund of the money. NOW in Sept 2022 I make reservations for a hotel in Virginia through ticketsatwork. I get to the hotel & here we go again. I have no reservations at the hotel under ticketsatwork. The hotel receptionist did all she could to accommodate me but to no avail. I had to end up being sent by the staff to their adjoining/partnering hotel to get a room. I called ticketsatwork several times for them to end every conversation with my refund request has been denied. I lost almost $180. On the first reservations in 2020. Now I have lost $431 in Sept 2022 on a hotel reservations. I recommend that you go to a reputable 3rd party for booking your needs. TICKETSATWORK IS ONLY IN BUSINESS TO RIP YOU OFF. I am so disappointed & unsatisfied about my experience with Ticketsatwork. Ticketsatwork will never get business from me again. I advise you all to go through booking.com or any other 3rd party booking site except Ticketsatwork.

No Discount... Paid More

I purchased AMC tickets and 2 drink/popcorn combo $38 and thought ok this will be cheaper than what I would pay at the theater. When I got to the theater, they treated the printed tickets like a coupon and only took a discount off their price and ended up charging me an additional $24. I paid a total of $62 for this movie trip when if I would have just paid the cost of everything at the theater it would have been $58... cheaper. WHERE'S THE DISCOUNT!

Reached out to TicketsatWork and they did not provide any solution.

The site shows you that your corporate rate is lower than regular price; however, the corporate price is exactly what I can get from regular path. Besides, they charged fee which regular path doesn't charge, then it makes their so called corporate price even higher than regular price. Why doing that?

So onec again im getting the run around like everyone one... Please give us 72 hours to contact our vendor, this has been going on since 8/13 and nobody ever contacts me, I have to end up calling them, and then im told we havent heard back from the vendor... you ask to speak to a supervisor they are all busy and they will call you back... *they dont call you back* then ive been told, well we see that you will have your refund in 3 hours, we promise,, yeah dont count on it. Never happened. Then I called back again, and once again, no response from the vendor or partner... they have until 12pm on 9/7/22 to give us a response or we will call them. I call back, today 9/7/22 at 6pm lol guess what. No response from the vendor or partner. Can you give us 72 hours again. But they see the notes where the last person said I was due a resposne by noon or they would call them, a nd then this person is like we cant call them. And theyw ont tell me the name of the vendonr or the partnet so i can contact them myself. Just give us 82 hours, bye for now. We have other people to help, lol... bad businss. Stole 256.00 now refusing to get it back... thats like you buying a car from a Dealership, you drive it off the lot ti dies soon as crosses the property line of the lot, you go tell them hey this crap died right here at your exit. And they tell you oh not our problem call the manufacture, lol but yall can take the money but cant back up your own products. Thats a bad business model. No company would last doing that, unless its a scam..

Dont buy from here, I bought 2 tickets from here for a Stl Cardinals Game, while I was actually standing at the ball park. Tickets at work was fast at taking the money. I got the email with the tickets, did as the instructions stated and when they went to scan the tickets they said they had already been used 4 times and Im like uh how I just got these and showed them the email and everything, then they had another person at the gate scan the tickets and the same thing. Sothen they sent us to the ticket office for resolution and the guy was nice and tried everything and was like we cant validate the tickets, he went and checked the seats and nobody was sitting in the seats, so then he was like ok well they should be in the ballpark app which they weren't, had to validate my email addresses and set up a ballpark account and still no tickets there, and they couldn't validate the tickets even after seeing the email and they were like contact them and get your money back because these tickets cant be used, but feel free to buy some tickets while you are here so you can enter. I called ticketsatwork and they were like we are sorry we need to contact the supplier. Give us 72 hours, needless to say they didnt contact me back so i called them, and they were like oh we haven't heard anything back, but here fill out this email about the incident. Which i filled out the email while i was on the phone and mailed it back, waited another 3 days called them back and they had the nerve to say they didn't get the email, so they resent the email and this time I copied and pasted everything from the first email so they could see the date and that it was indeed sent 3 days prior and sent it to them 5 times and they confirmed they got it. Was told to wait 3 more days and they would contact me,,, needless to say no one contacted me, so i called back. This time they were like yeah we haven't herd from the supplier but we promise you will get a refund and hear back from us in 3 hours, I'm like ok,, waited 4 hours no email, I called and they guy was like yeah we still haven't heard from them but I've escalated this issue, give us 3 hours, 5 hours later I called them back, no response, so i called back again and this guy was apologetic and was like i am so sorry this is happening, i would be upset to, but thank you for being nice about the situation. And he said give them 3 more hours... well I didn't hold my breath, so here it is 2:30 on Sunday 14 hours later and no email, so I called back and this time the girl was like well we cant give refunds we have to wait on approval from the supplier give us 72 hours lol... and I told her its funny yall are quick to take money but then when yall are in the wrong and need to refund money, yall have all these policies have to wait on a third party who doesn't respond to you all and I told her they have been pulling the same script for almost a month with the 72 hour thing and they never contact you back. And she just was like is there anything else I can help you with... so yeah, don't do business with them and I'm going to inform my employer that we need to cut ties with this company as well.

I booked a hotel with them & had to cancel due to child getting covid. They are fighting me to refund my money even though the hotel emailed them directly saying they did not charge anything at all to the virtual card. Never again will i purchase through them again!

Through my company the Employee Discount boasted 25% off for Six Flags, and over 30% off for AMC theatres and Universal Studios. Many of my coworkers say that Disney Parks is usually what people use this employee discount for. The home page for TicketsatWork has advertisements for Disney Parks all over it. But when you compare the tickets side by side... it saves you almost nothing.

I had a cart full of Disney Park Hopper tickets that equated to $2,394.56. The same cart for the same days on TicketsatWork came out to $2,370.08. This makes a total savings of $24.48 which in 2022 money equates to less then half a tank of gas... meaning I can't even afford to drive to and from the airport with this discount.

As a first time membership "Special Welcome Gift", TicketsatWork offered me an additional $30 off my next purchase of $300 or more. So for my FIRST purchase to Disney I can afford a full tank of gas with my savings, but its ONLY for the first purchase. If I ever want to go back to Disney again I will have to push my rental back to the airport.

Also that "Special Welcome Gift" is only valid through the first month so you better know right away when you sign up that you want to go somewhere otherwise you'll lose out on that oh so precious half tank of gasoline.
