Tickets are much worse

Tried booking some tickets for Vegas shows. If I go directly through vegas websites I can choose my seats. If I go through tickets at work they say they give the best seats available, but they actually give the WORST seats for each price range, so even with the discount it isn't worth it. I called their customer service and there is no way to select seats. This feels like a scam.

Edit: some tickets are actually scams. See picture of them jacking up the price to give "discounts" that are actually more expensive than going directly through the original venue.

Tickets at work denied my request for a refund when my family vacation was cancelled by the airline. Not only was this something which I had no fault in, they chose to refund my sister for the tickets she purchased which were for the park and same dates. I filed my claim the same day as her and mine was denied and hers refunded. When I called they told me that my sister got someone nice who took compassion and helped her and I didnt. On top of that they had me waiting for months after they told me I could reopen the claim and get my money back as long as I showed proof of my sister's refund. This never happened and I've lost $408! If they claim that purchases made are non- refundable, it should be non-refundable for everyone! This is not fair, they had originally offered a rebooking option, now they are not even offering that!

TicketsatWork - They are reasonable in finding the good price tickets. But when it comes to any adjustments/cancellation, they are not the right organization. I booked a United Airlines ticket through them and had to cancel my ticket. They made me run from pillar to post and asking me to reach out to United Airlines directly to extend my credit. In the end, I had to lose my money. Unfortunately, their support executives have no clue about the rules and regulations.

My recommendation is BIG NO!

I purchased a Sam's Club membership through TicketsatWork. When I went to Sam's Club, I pulled up the 2 emails I received when I joined. After entering my personal information, the next thing I saw was "payment options"! I had already paid for the membership! At this point, I was totally annoyed with the time consuming process I had already endured, so I just joined Sam's Club and paid the full price at the club. I tried to contact TicketsatWork and was told NO REFUNDS! So they can just take your money and oh well for you! I WILL NEVER use TicketsatWork EVER again!

Flights changes

I am being told that somebody will contact me regarding the changes in my Airline trip and I called 4 times now with no answer. My flight has changed
And they would bot call back, telling me that somebody will I am and still waiting.

Do not what so ever use this company to book your hotel stay. I wasn't able to check-in to hotel due to age requirement. Before I booked the representative said there was no age requirement. Well when I arrived I was not able to check-in. I called the company which was after hours, so the next day I call and was to to file a claim and a refund will be issued. Well after going back and forth with the hotel and this company, I still have received a refund. Customer service rep are very rude and disrespectful. I will never book with this company again.

Fraud

This company is fraud. I reserved a hotel room. When I got to the hotel, the lady didn't have a reservation for me. Even though I had a conformation number …I didn't have a reservation. I called ticket at works a few times and still no reservation. After driving 18 hours in a vehicle with 2 small kids …. I didn't have a room. So I told them just to forget it. The lady at hotel said they didn't have a available rooms to even help me out. Now I had to find another hotel which was not easy because it was a busy time.
No refund. I called Discover credit card …. No help because apparently I canceled. What? Seriously!
How can I cancel a reservation that they never made? What was I suppose to do? Apparently the reservation that the tickets at work had to remake because the first one was never processed, had a no refund cancellation. But again how can I cancel something that was never made? They can't send me a receipt of the hotel having a reservation. The hotel can't give me any documentation because I didn't have a reservation. Nobody at ticket at wrk will talk to me. They put me on hold and then hang up. Obviously they are guilty. Ticket at works is fraud. And Discover Card sucks.

False Information

I am very dissatisfied with this company Ticketatwork.com. They give you false and misleading information just so you will buy then to come find out it's not even available in your state! I purchased movie and dinner ticket combo for $30 or so, I purchased 2 because I felt like it was a good deal. When the tickets were delivered via email I quickly found out that it's not available in the state I am in. Then the restaurant gift card is only a selected few small business restaurants in the area and you can only use a certain amount at a time not the whole $25 gift card. I have requested a refund multiple times and they have decline every time. So I am going to write as many reviews as I can so people are aware not to buy anything from this website. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star if I didn't have to.

Ticketsatwork will rip you off

I received an email from ticketsatwork, telling me I could get 35% off on ski tickets. I called their representative. I was told I could purchase ski tickets at 35% off. I asked if the midweek tickets were valid, and the representative said yes. I spent 500 dollars. The voucher did not work. For one week, various representatives handed my complaint off, finally 'resolving' the matter by telling me that I could use the tickets at a later date. (Right -- are they going to pay for the trip to vermont?) Their representatives misled me, and now they play gotcha. My vacation was ruined, and they refuse to refund.They have my $500 dollars now, and they won't tell me who has it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you are an employer, DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR EMPLOYEES TO THIS RIPOFF!

Should be zero stars

Dealing with this company has be horrible. Originally had a Disneyland trip scheduled with them, but it was cancelled. Instead of giving me a refund, they forced me to take a voucher. After holding the voucher for some time I called them up again and asked for my money back again, instead of the voucher. To my surprise they said ok, and that is where everything really went bad. I am now in my fifth month of of constantly calling back and asking where is my money. Everytime I call it is the same runaround. "Oh it takes three weeks to process" "we'll have to escalate this". Nothing ever gets done.

Tickets 3x actual price

I bought tickets to a monster truck show.
1.The tickets did not indicate adult or child.
2. Tickets were $67 each.
3. Actual website: adult $40 and children $10.
4. Called twice and they said there is nothing they can do.

These people will not give you a refund. They will steal your money and come with every excuse not to refund you. They may offer you a credit voucher but it is not worth it. The credit voucher can only be used on their website and you can only purchase certain things. I purchased Universal Studio tickets and didn't even use them because the park would not offer me the accommodations that I was looking for, for my autistic son. I tried to refund the tickets at the park and they refused because I bought them from the third party vendor(tickets at work). I contacted tickets at work and they refused to refund me my money. I then purchased Atlanta Falcons tickets and tried to refund them and they told me that I could not refund them because the tickets had insurance on them. Insurance? I didn't even know that insurance was on Football tickets. As you can see, they will come up with any and every excuse not to refund you your money. This company is trash and should be reported to the better business bureau. Do not shop with them. They do not care about their customers at all.

My concert was cancelled. Ticketmaster is offering June 2nd as a rebook or refund. I am on vacation with family for June 2nd. I reached out to Ticketmaster and they said that I could only get a refund by going through Sam's Club Ticketsatwork where I purchased them and transferring the tickets back to them. Ticketsatwork is saying that there are no refunds. The event was cancelled! You have to give refunds if Ticketmaster is offering them and the person cannot make the rebooked date. That's why Ticketmaster is offering refunds!

I booked my tickets through Sam's Club's ticket program which is Ticketsatwork. I thought it would be reputable. I called Ticketsatwork and told them all of the information. They filed a case for me. Got an email that said give us 72 hours. No one called or emailed - crickets. I am on call number five. They are trying to tell me it is their supplier. Their supplier is Ticketmaster who is saying to transfer the ticket back to them to get the refund.

This is a terrible company. I have until December 25 to get a refund from Ticketmaster and this company is not helping. Finally after hours on hold or call backs, I got to a supervisor Cristian Estuardo Alvarez Monroy who said he will file another case that could take 72 hours. I said, I already waited 72 hours and this has to be done by 12/25 per Ticketmaster. He said that he will put a critical rush on this and email me tomorrow. Asked for a higher up person or someone from the USA. Said there is no one else and that I can't talk to someone in the USA. They said that I will get an email tomorrow. My next step is to go through the credit card company. Merry Christmas to me darn it.

Don't do business with them unless you want to spend a lot of time being frustrated and lose $568 of your money. I plan to put this review everywhere.

And they dont make exceptions, no matter what. Terrible customer service like that. The movie theater screwed up and they told me I had to go back and basically beg them to give me new seats. Smfh

I paid for 3 tickets for Universal studios and I was only able to get 1 ticket for my child but the two adult tickets couldn't be processed and they still took the money. Refund will come through 3-5 business but the. All I have to say is DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. Can't deliver the service they say they can provide!

Sketchy company

After going back and forth with customer service for almost a month to get a refund for a terrible hotel stay the customer service representatives promised to email me and call back several times to no avail. Eventually I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and I when I was transferred there was a very obvious pre recorded call meant to act as a real representative. The scam is that she says hello am I speaking with "Blank." No matter what you say she'll respond and say there's an issue with the call and she can't hear you, but promise the refund is being processed and she will end the call. I called twice just to make sure and got connected to the same "supervisor" with the same exact prompt, word for word. This company is very shady and will scam you so be careful.

I received the package within the 15 business days previously informed, however the chair is full of iron rust under the seat. This chair was kept wet for a long time! And the caster are really used. I am so disappointed and now realized that the promotion was too good to be true! I want a new chair or my money back. Here we go again with CS experience…!
As per the comments, I am afraid will spend a lot of time with them. The only thing I am sure is that I will get either the chair or money back, because my wife is the best lawyer I know!

SCAM

Frontier canceled our flight we booked through tickets at work. Frontier said they refunded them the money on October 30th and for the last 6 weeks I have been told by tickets at work that they don't have the money refunded by frontier to refund me. Now they are telling me it will be 2 billing cycles or over 60 days to refund me. Do not book through these crooks!

They refuse to give me a refund!

Their website has a glitch, so I ordered 8 children's tickets and not 8 adults. I have proof of this glitch. I called immediately (within an hour or two) and tried to get a refund and they took 3 weeks to tell me they won't refund me. The email said they would have refunded me if I requested a refund within 48 hours, WHICH I DID! I am so upset over this. Christmas is around the corner and I'm a one-parent household. I can't afford to lose out on this kind of money. I need my refund back asap! I'm really considering taking them to court for distress!
