We recently booked a hotel through TAW in Irvine, CA. Upon checking in to the hotel we were told we needed to sleep with a TV on & wear earplugs to drowned out the noise of the train behind hotel. This was never disclosed to us by TAW when we booked. Upset about this, the hotel offered to cancel the reservation & indicated we would NOT be charged by TAW as the hotel initiated & authorized the cancellation. We were still charged and TAW has not reversed the charges. TAW should do a better job of disclosing these types of details and needs to honor the authorized cancellation due to the circumstances. We had one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. We booked 3 hotel rooms for our group in NYC coming from different areas of the country. We all fly in and hotel says they don't have our reservation and would not be able to accommodate us. 3 of us calling to try and figure out whats going on and left on hold for an hour while my pregnant wife had to sit in the lobby after driving here 4 hours. Tickets at work finally got back to us saying that there was a communication error on their part and they had sent us a confirmation of booking in error and never reached out to us. So stuck in NYC we had to scramble to find another hotel and pay nearly double just so i could get her into a room to rest. All these people could do was offer me a 50 gift card on our $4200 expense. Please whatever you do don't use this site. They are scammers. They took my wife's money, gave her a confirmation, and then left us out to dry when we finally got there without ever booking our hotel.

I am not sure what is the best way to put this but I had a worst experience with ticket at works. We booked an event ticket and never received iur voucher. Eventually we reached out to customer service and spwnt hours on call. Neither received the voucher nor our refund. The event date also passed. It felt like it is so easy for customer service to keep saying all saled are fina alvut actually not even give us our voucher of event. Felt like scam to get money out of people pockets.

I paid for a hotel through their site for the dates of Nov 26-28. I went to hotel to check in, they didn't have a reservation from them. Got in contact with them, they told me to give them 2 hrs to get in contact with their partners to fix the situation. Waited 2 hrs, no phone call. I called them back and was told to give another hour, again no phone call after a hour. Called them back completely frustrated, with no where to go. I was told that they would refund my money and that it would take 72 hrs and that they were sorry and I would have to find a room with money I didn't have. Fast forward to today, I called because I haven't received my money and was told to wait another 72 hours because their partners haven't responded to my claim yet? I feel like everyone I have spoken to reads from a script.

I ordered tickets for Clemson versus Wake Forest, and never received the tickets... They told me that there was a link to go to to pull my tickets up and when I went there there were no tickets there... I called customer service up till the day of the event to try to get those tickets, and they were never in there... They then asked me to screenshot that link to show there was no tickets there, and email them... That was two and a half weeks ago and I am still waiting for a resolution... This is a scam... They are thieves

I have never experienced a traumatic conversation within 2hrs of purchasing disneyland tickets worth $2870. There is no way to check whether certain Tier ticket can be reserved at Disneyland parks until the tickets are purchased and have to visit Disney website to check and figure out we can not reserve. Called up tickets at work and was begging to upgrade the tickets from tier 1 to tier 5 and they do not have any option to do and refused to refund or buy tier 5 tickets.
They have no way to provide customer experience and provide options when I am asking to repurpose the ticket from tier 1 to tier 5. Absolutely trash and dont know how to handle the situation and provide options instead saying that there are no options.
We apologize about the Disneyland tickets. There are different Tiers and different dates to go apply to each one. The park will allow you to upgrade when you get there. Booked a hotel and flight got delayed 24 hours. Was not able to call due to being after hours. Spoke with hotel and they said they can't do anything about it and would have to call tickets at work. Purchased a SECOND reservation not through tickets at work and called them the next morning. Took 2 weeks to find a decision and they finally DENIED us our refund because we didn't call them on the day we were supposed to be there. I'm sorry? I called the day of check in both the hotel and this joke of a 3rd party. We couldn't call sooner due to being after hours! Should be available 24 hours if you are going to play people with this garbage excuse of a company. Never again.

I have sent emails to their customer portal, I have called multiple times speaking with multiple people who cannot explain why my refund still has no gone through and I keep being told it's been escalated but out of their control. It's very frustrating that a company made on providing services cannot provide adequate support when they mess up a refund. I am the HR Director of my company and we promote them but we are reconsidering that coming 2022 given my sour experience.
I booked a Las Vegas hotel room, In October for my November stay. I went on TAW website and noticed a discount from my original purchase, i called TAW and asked for a price match and they recommended I cancel and rebooked for the better offer.
Big mistake, the rate was less but the resort fees were not listed on the purchase like they were previously and I was charged $200+ Of taxes and hotel fees on a $300 room reservation. I called to make sure hotel fees were include because $200 is high for taxes and fees and they are not listed as they are when you book a Vegas hotel. And the customer service rep opened a ticket because he too was confused to why my fees were so high. Leading up to my trip I called the hotel and they told me I would definitely be charged for resort fees and that it should have been stated on my reservation which it was not.
I called TAW for an update and I was treated horribly by Kim who stated he was the highest authority I could not speak to anyone else and that I should just hang up the phone because there is nothing else to discuss.
I wrote a detailed complaint to TAW customer service and was completely dismissed again, they keep saying resort fees are collected by hotel although no where on my confirmation does it say that. And I was charged an absurd tax and fee amount. Which I will attach proof.

It's best to book with the hotel directly to avoid misleading prices. You think you are getting a deal but end up paying double. Now I have to pay an extra $200+ in resort fees when I arrive.
Never has anyone addressed why resort fees was not listed as an extra charge which states by the hotel needed to be disclosed on the purchase confirmation.
Look elsewhere, Vegas.com and Expedia are great websites to use and are transparent with fees.

I purchased 2 movie tickets that were invalid at the movie theater because they are inapplicable in the state I live. I called and spoke to a manager Kim regarding this issue and he said the cinepolis "luxury cinemas" are not applicable and refund cannot be issued.
My issue is that you're advertising "Luxury Cinema" on your website (see attached JPG Image) which is incorrect. I booked tickets on my iPhone and the size of screen limits the "Read More" before the fold which i explained to the manager. You're enticing an audience with an incorrect image to attract/ tempt ticket sales. Please refund or apply a credit to my account.

Been told three times we would have our tickets a week I've call twice this week to be told our tickets will be there in 24 hour then told we would have them Friday well it's Friday and still no tickets now they say we might not get them till Sunday the show is Sunday I think they scammed us out of our money

I booked a hotel room with through Tickets At Work. The room was non refundable. However my niece's surgery was rescheduled (out of my control). Since the room was non refundable I couldn't even change the date of the reservation. I was told I could not get a refund (which I never asked for). It is against their company policy to rebook. I ended up driving back and forth from Fresno to Los Angeles (four hours each way!). If I could give them a negative star I would. One is too generous!

I've been trying to get refunded for concert tickets. The show was canceled due to Covid. I've been calling Tickets At Work for almost two years with no resolution.
We apologize but as a 3rd party these "Preferred Access" tickets come directly from a seller. If the show is postponed then a refund cannot be provided as advised in the agreed upon terms of sale. A concert has been rescheduled 3 times over a year. Tickets at Work refused to provide a refund even while Ticketmaster (the provider) offered it. I was already upset that the tickets were a higher price than ticket master but falsely advertised that it was discounted, then to not get a refund. Luckily, I am able to go at the rescheduled date. However, Tickets At Work told me they couldn't provide updated tickets (that the QR code should still work) Ticket Master provided all their customers with updated tickets so I am baffled by this! I don't want to take any chances of showing up at the door for them to tell me that my tickets are invalid. My friends had confidence in me to purchase the tickets. They are already upset that I chose this higher-priced sham 3rd party to purchase from but to look like a fool at the door b/c my tickets are invalid I cannot take a chance on. So I am forced to purchase additional tickets from TicketMaster. I simply lost the little trust I had in Tickets At Work. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM
We deeply apologize about this matter but these tickets purchased are Preferred Access tickets that guarantees the vouchers before the show time. Most older tickets that a guest received should be honored by the venue but we will be more than happy to check.

They were unable to book some of my rooms and caused me to have to change up my trips and would not refund my money, gave me vouchers so I would be forced to use my money with them even though I wasn't able to and didn't have that money available for my trip. I will be notifying my company's leadership about their practices and will not be using them again.

I have been working with Tickets at work to resolve a very simple issue with a duplicate charge at the Comfort Inn of Rocky Mount, NC. I booked and paid through Tickets at Work. I was also charged when I checked out. I provided both the hotel and TAW detailed information regarding the issue and even attempted to resolve the issue through Comfort Inn myself with no success. It has been 3 weeks and the issue still remains unresolved and I am still out of my money for the duplicate charges. I am very disappointed, and this is very unacceptable. I will be contacting my Corporate office to report the service quality and inability to resolve a simple issue. This is ridiculous.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
Answer: Yes, definitely. Just got refunded for a discrepancy after seven months.
Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
