US$ for a Canadian event? "service" fee of almost US$46 for 2 tix? US$7.95 "delivery" fee for "Instant download" which never happened? Waited 8 hours then went to their website to print the tix.

Directions confusing, says to confirm I received "my order", then they will be sent to me via email. Now I'm on "sitejabber"? Starting to feel scammed, not to mention the extra fees are ridiculous.

Finding the show and the seats was very easy and very intuitive. Would definitely use this site again.

I loved the user experience on the site. You could scroll over the seats and you see where your seats are. Beware of the sticker shock on the fees, but worth it for how easy and secure it was. You can't put a price on an experience of a lifetime.

I purchased 3 $80 tickets.

My total was over $310!

That's over $75-85 in fees! That's an entire other ticket. It's bull$#*!. Charge smaller fees or give people options. I didn't have a choice but email delivery. So I was charged $7.50 a ticket for it! No free USPS no willcall. Nothing. No option

Purchase was very easy and tickets delivered quickly.
Buyer beware on pricing. This was for broadway tickets and although I knew tickets were expensive, I did not realize the number of markups and service fees that made $109 tickets become $260 each. There is no visibility to the original retail value vs the selling, and the $120 service fee is not even displayed until final checkout confirmation. Buyer beware...

Great and fast website. It has very convenient prices comparing with other vendors. I had other from them before and the delivery of the tickets got shipped right on time.

Easy to find seats and quickly processed. There are help numbers that are easy to call if there are any complications.

I have received confirmation number. I have not received anything else. Have not received tickets. Have not received notification of where to get tickets.
