Order tickets for the pbr finals in Las Vegas in nov. Still had great seats better than the other sites.

I don't know why the site is making me write a review when they cannot even send me the tickets I have purchased.

I ordered baseball tickets a week in advance. I received an email for my download within 10 minutes of my order and was able to print right away. Easy as Pie!

I have purchased tickets through other sources and they were not as easy as this site. Only thing they do not mention is the handling/processing fees. I'm the one printing them on my computer using my paper and ink. This should be done away with.

This is horrible customer service for Canadians, supporting Canadian talent and seeing a concert in Canada.

Very simple and easy to get the tickets then they sent me a 20 off code so it covered alot of the hidden fees yee

1) Fee of 7.95 just to download tickets, reported as tickets ordered. Extra "service fee" of $21.96 per ticket reported in last screen just before checkout without any notice of this fee previously.
2) Tickets delivered to me were NOT the same as ordered. (have to pull the chart to see if these are of equal desirability)

Ticket prices were comparable to others but fees were higher than most. Then they ask for review before I received tickets.
