I was looking for Arsenal tickets on several different ticket sites before deciding where to buy from. Usually I buy from the site that offers the lowest price, Ticketgum was about 10 euro's more expensive then few other sites, but their service was excellent. They inform me once they sent the tickets, provided me with the tracking number and add full instructions of how to enter the stadium. Overall, i reall think they are worth the extra cost. Better to be safe than sorry.

I had ordered some tickets from this company for emirates cup Arsenal vs Lyon on July 2015, after a little help from there online chat (Thanks Peter). I chose the long side deluxe category and even though I requested to be seated in the lower level and got in the end an upper level seats, the seats were really in the center close to the half line and the view was amazing. Saw the 6 goals perfectly. I want to show my appreciations to those guys, they well deserved it. They took care of my orders really carefully and gave me full attention. The delivery department has called me more than 5 times to verify my address and the arrival of the tickets. Already recommend this site to the Arsenal Serbia supporters club and to anyone who reads this review. Thank you.

I make tickets purchases every few months for my boss, and every time i'm looking for another website because something is going wrong (tickets are not delivered, the category is wrong, etc.), so this time i saw ticketgum in google advertising and i said i would give it a chance.

First of all, their customer service among the best i've encountered, their prices were not the cheapest but not the most expensive, and most importantly - they provided me with the tickets few week before the match and exactly the category i ordered.

I highly recommend them, and of course will buy from them in the future.

I have reach ticketgum web site after a recommendation from a friend. I ordered from dnemark 2 tickets for the 11/5 arsenal vs swansea on april 26th. I have chosen the long side deluxe section (center long side) for 390 euros. I have recieved to my hotel 2 tickets side by side on section 113. The service was good. I had no problem with the delivery. They give a very personal care, a person named joe was in contact with me from the start until the day of the event.

Overall, i had a nice experience, even that i was a bit sceptical at first buying tickets online, everyhting was really easy and simple.

I Bought 2 tickets for Barca / bayern match champion's league semi-final last week. The price at Ticketgum was a little high for the long side gold category (about 400 euros per ticket) so I bought best available tickets (180 euros per ticket). I got the tickets to my email for instant download 24 hours after I ordered – it was 2 seats at the same row with 2 seats between them at the short side block 452 – great view after all. Messi scored 2 goals and neymar scored one and was a great win for Barca! Thank you Messi!

I am planning to go to Paris from Switzerland during June, so i was looking online for some French open tickets. After checking on multiple sites i finally booked a ticket from ticketgum on April 1 to quarter final june 3rd on Philippe Chatrier. I was a bit worried about buying tickets that are not from the official french open site, and i did not wanted to try and access under someone else name. Last week i had received the ticket to my e mail address. Although the face value of the tickets was cheaper than originally paid for, i got category 1 ticket with my name and date of birth was showing on the ticket, so at the moment i am very pleased, this is why i have accepted their request to write my buying experience. The only thing got left is to hope roger will take the title. This summer will be one to remember. Please advise to look for events that shows the actual seating arrangements. It is always better to know exactly what you are buying.

Hello. I've bought two tickets for the Champions League Semifinals REAL MADRID vs JUVENTUS on April 24,2015. (paid with credit card, EUR 330 each one) The match will take place on May 13th. I received the confirmation by email. All seemed fine and very professional. On April 27th I tried to get in contact with Ticketgum for the first time. I wanted to know, when I would receive the tickets. I couldn't contact them by phone because there is no telephone-contact-information on their website. So I sent them an email to *******@ticketgum.com, *******@ticketgum.com and *******@ticketgum.com. After more than a week without having received an answer, I sent a second email. But they never replied or called back. Yesterday I wrote a third email. But NO REACTION UNTIL NOW. I already booked my flight and the hotel. It's also weird that there are still tickets to buy for this match on www.ticketgum.com (taking place in four days...). I really don't know what I should do... IS TICKETGUM IN FACT A FAKE? Are all these positive reviews on this site also FAKES? Please help!

Was looking for 3 tickets for Spurs vs. Aston villa match on the 11/04/15 for me my sons on several different sites. Decided to go with Ticketgum because they offered the best price for the "best available" category. I got an email from the sales department saying that the tickets I ordered are sold out from that category and was not removed from the site on time, they apologized and said that I will be upgraded to "Long side" side by side tickets with no extra charge, and so it was!
Got the tickets directly to the hotel – the match was disappointing 1-0 to Aston villa, but the buying experience left a good taste.

It's the first time that I'm using ticketgum. I ordered two tickets for the Arsenal vs. Stoke city match on the 11/01/15. I gave a local London hotel address as requested on the site, but one day before my flight to the UK, the meeting I had in London got delayed in a few days and I had to change the hotel to a different one coz they were full. I was afraid that the tickets will get lost so I wrote an e-mail to ticketgum's sales department with the new shipping address and got a quick replay that the ticket's will be sent to the right address in the new arrival time. Indeed, the tickets waited for me in the front desk under my name. I am very pleased with the shipping service.
