I absolutely love Thrive Market! I find the same things I get at Whole Foods and Sprouts for much lower prices and they ship super fast! The packages are always packed super well (nothing has ever been broken or leaking), and they personalize them which is cute. All in all just a wonderful way to get healthy items!
I live in rural-town Montana, 60 miles away from the nearest organic grocery store. I love being able to get my organic non-perishables online at a better price than what I find in the store. It makes grocery shopping trips less of an ordeal when I only have to shop for fresh items when I go "to town". I see that people are complaining about shipping times right now, but I want to applaud you for working hard during this time and doing your best under the circumstances. You are valued and appreciated!

I have been using Thrive, as a single mom with a medical disability requiring a special needs diet, since before the Covid and I must say that THRIVE is doing an AMAZING JOB! Always, but especially now. Yes, lots out of stock and hard to order timelines BUT this is not a time to critique these things. What needs to be praised is the job that Thrive is managing to do despite people panic shopping or picking up kitchen hobbies while on lock down. So THANK YOU Thrive for feeding us on a budget and taking care of the health needs of both people and planet.

We were customers before Covid and have had to adapt to the new procedures. I'm so grateful that they have remained available even with the inconvenient changesI know they are for the good of the employees and customers. It is like Christmas in our home when we all get to unpack our box!

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, I would have given six stars to Thrive! I received my orders within 3 or 4 days! Of course, since Corona, delivery has slowed down... many products are out of stock... but which local store is not experiencing the same? I will continue to use Thrive Market and appreciate their efforts to keep people safe and healthy.

I went through a long process of setting up account 3 separate times. I went through ordering process. Website is wonky or maybe not set up as well for mobile orders. Not sure why, not as user friendly as Amazon or Costco where I do most online shopping. Finally Completed order only to have message orders are backed up 2 weeks behind. Should have mentioned that up front.

I know things are tight in the food supply industry due to the pandemic, but Thrive is marketing themselves for quick delivery yet they're out of the majority of items and let you know there's a one to two week delay in shipping only after you've joined. Very disappointing.

I've been ordering from Thrive for a couple years and love how customer service takes care of problems immediately! The careful packaging is great! Since Covid19 though it's been tough ordering but totally understand and hope it gets better soon! Wish it didn't take so long to ship!

I have used Thrive Market for several years now. I have never been disappointed. There was only one time I had an issue with an order and they remedied it right away no questions asked. I think they just better all the time.

Although I wish delivery was faster, a day or two, because then I end of buying at the market near me.
