The only thing I am upset about is that I didn't hear about this company SOONER! When I switched to better eating over a year ago I just did my best at finding the right products but I love how thrive is set up! So organized and you can sort things by diet (super helpful!) and they have EVERYTHING you need at an affordable price. I was buying soap from B&B works. I was paying $26 for just 45 oz (for products not good for your skin). I am able to buy 100 oz of hand soap with BETTER ingredients for $34! I'm all about saving money but also getting QUALITY ingredients. With thrive, I'm able to do that!
I am beyond blown away by the excellent customer service, the care and attention to detail and helping out those in need. I cannot thank you all enough and we have all so blessed to have Thrive Market in existence!

Even through the unprecedented time we are going through in 2020, thrive market is working hard and safely to get our orders out. The 2-4 delay of shipment doesn't bother me at all, I know they're doing their best. I love how they are keeping us all in the loop. And the notifications about open times and no shopping times has been communicated very well and I am very impressed. I will always have a thrive market membership.

Some things are currently out of stock due to coronavirus, but I found I was able to get more of what I want here than on Amazon or Whole Foods grocery delivery for example. And great to be able to order a basket of many small items as opposed to having to buy in bulk of everything you want. My orders have arrived quickly despite the notices on the site, and I have enjoyed every Thrive branded product that I have purchased so far. Also I really love that I can donate to support a family in need.

I love the service that you provide, I think what would take make it even better is to offer frozen mixed berries and vegetables. My other suggestion is to offer refills for nuts, seeds, spices, quinoa, rice and all these cupboard items.

I love how you can shop per diet or allergy needs. I also appreciate the communication during the Covid-19 time as well as their commitment not to increase prices based on demand. I'm very thankful Thrive is staying true to helping people. They have a great variety of things we've never tried as well as their own brand which I highly recommend trying. Not only is it another money saver but some of the Thrive brands of food, we actually prefer.

I love Thrive Market, and have been a member for a long time. Due to Covid-19, I understand it's harder to ship and get items available to us. Unfortunately, I'm in PA where I'm in the yellow and can't get my products for 1-2 weeks plus a small buying window. I totally understand that but, as I was filling my cart the items I wanted were not available. I think as soon as it's in my cart it should be reserved for a time limit. Just like how people buy tickets for a concert, so it's fair. Therefore, this time I was a little disappointed that I could not get those few items, after taking the time to order within the small window for my area. I want to use Thrive now more than ever, so I reduce how often I go out for items. This whole process just deters me.

I got introduced to Thrive Market by my daughter and have been a loyal supporter of their products and their service. They are the best company right now that delivers the food that is fresh, healthy and reasonably priced. Love the care that they provide in shipping their items. Always, clean boxes, everything is carefully wrapped and delivered on time even with the delays of Coronavirus, they are always keep you posted of everything that is going on. Really loving Thrive and being able to get my favorite Dairy Free goodies in a time when Amazon/ Whole Foods delivery is no longer readily available. I love that I can search items based on my low carb/keto diet and try new brands at a fair price!

I've been a member of Thrive Market for over a year and have loved the online option to order organic non-perishables at a discount. Ordering was easy, shipments received typically in a timely manner. I'm disappointed that they overestimated their ability to serve the extended community during this time. Extended shipping due to higher orders is understandable, but better communication about shipping times would have been helpful. I also feel that they took on to many new members and weren't able to sufficiently serve those who had been with them prior to COVID19. Rather than closing the store altogether it would have made sense to limit or stop new memberships.

There are certain healthy snacks my kids devour, and for that, I am so grateful (the "healthy", that is :) The healthier snacks are not available in the warehouse stores so this is the ONLY place I order them from. I typically save around $50 every time I place an order, and when the box arrives, the kids hover because they know what's in there. So grateful they can keep working to supply us during COVID-19. The kids are eating more snacks than ever...
