Thrive Market has continually impressed me with their selection of products. It's become the Target of health food, because I always buy something that I didn't sign in for. In the face of the COVID-19 crisis, management has been very up front about shortages and product delivery. I feel that the people at Thrive have a lot of integrity and honesty. I will continue to shop here happily.

A great organization, appreciate all the great products they have even during COVID-19. I like being a member and have been for a few years. I continue because even on the rare occasions when I had a problem with an order, they immediately understood the issue and took appropriate action. Great company, concept and thanks to all the staff who are essential workers! Suggestion is to watch the site for when to order until they can ramp up staff to meet the growing demand.

First time shopper but longtime email recipient: I was able to get wheat flour in the brand I wanted to try. My only annoyance: I did not know I could not get all purpose flour in the same brand until 'place order'. So I removed it from cart... after chatting w/a customer service person via chat who shared that the warehouse nearest my home was out but that I could be 'reminded' by email when re-stocked... which is fine. "Placed order" again... to be informed a 2nd product was out. A time-saving convenience would have been to be able to remove both products at the same time. The upside: I was given a discounted membership rate to try Thrive for 6 months when I chatted w/customer service (prior to filling my cart because I initially couldn't find what I was looking for). I also was able to take advantage of a 30% first time shopper discount (up to $20) or $20 off a $49 order. I gave 4 stars because of the customer service.

You want to join. You want to buy. Quick accommodating website that's easy to maneuver. I'm buying the same products I was buying at Amazon for a lot less $$ and if you reach a certain dollar amount to earn free shipping.

I have been using Thrive Market for over 2.5 years. They have the best products and the best pricing. Outside of this pandemic, orders ship within 48hrs and arrive 2-3 days later. I have received orders within 72hours of ordering on multiple occasions. I have placed over 30 orders and have only ever had one item damaged and they immediately refunded the item. I couldn't be happier with this service!

This is my first time ordering from Thrive Market. For the most part, I like the prices, but I was very disappointed in the gluuen free selection. The bread mixes were scarce and many items were out of stock. That may be due to the Corona Virus, I guess I'll have to wait and see. I am looking forward to receiving my order!

There was not as many items as I was hoping. I realize most people are shopping online now, but the selection was very small and most things were out of stock.

I find it very stressful going to the grocery store at this time under lockdown. All the organics and paleo foods are gone if I don't go early in the morning. Thrive has allowed me to stay on my very strict diet due to Leaky Gut Syndrome without going out of my home. I love the products! They are tasty and not very expensive compared to other markets that sell organics.

Thrive is a relatively small competitor to others who dominate this market such as fresh direct. I have loved watching you guys ramp up in the middle of a crisis, keeping customer service and safety central to your important work. Delivery times were delayed but Thrive over communicated about this so that my expectations were well managed. Also, Thrive adjusted the "store hours" model so that they can improve efficiency and delivery times. So proud of the work you are doing and the families you are supporting.
Also, yes, meat comes handily packaged and well frozen!
If you are trying Thrive for the first time, buy everything and see what you like and then scale back from there. I LOVE the Thrive products and that is what I find myself coming here for more than anything else.
